This has been our go to local Jet’s for years. We’ve probably had 50 pizzas from them. They are consistency great pizzas and the few times that we ran into any issues they were always cool about it and made things right. We love our Jet’s!

Had an order for a pizza, bread and wings on the 18th for delivery. $50. Waited an hour and a half and called the store. They mentioned Door Dash hasn’t come up to pick up the order. I said forget it, I will come up and get it.
I come up to the store, very polite, despite being frustrated waiting this long for the order. I asked if they could refund the delivery fee / delivery tip. The manager said “no problem boss, it is on the house. I refunded the order. I’m sorry for the wait.”
I believe now it was a tactic to get me out of the store as I was charged for the entire order and to add further insult to the situation, the meal wasn’t even hot by the time it made it home.

On 12/31 I ordered a chicken bacon ranch deep dish with no bacon, add red onion and turbo crust. Along with bbq wings.To my surprise when I got home it’s marinara on my pizza instead of ranch. Like no ranch AT ALL! I was very disappointed because the woman on the phone repeated my order back with accuracy. I tipped them too just for them to mess up my order! Before I left out the door I asked the guy if they had any napkins, he said they’re right over without pointing to where “there” is and just stared at me. He couldn’t be bothered to hand them to me or move it closer to where I didn’t have to search for it in a opaque container.It was my first time ordering at this location too. I’m just gonna stick to my staple and never return to this location again. I know better now.

We’ve never had a bad pizza from here- They consistently load the pizzas with toppings- We use the coupons or pizza of the week or month specials- price wise they are are the same as many other pizza places-

Ordered two pizzas like I typically do at least once a month. Both pizzas today were dry and didn’t taste like it should. I thought it was just me but three others at the dinner table said the same thing. This was terrible. I’ll have to try another location at this point.

This review is not for the Livonia Location. It is for the Farmington location at Nine Mile and Grand River. I already shared my review earlier. I am very unhappy with their customer service and I only wanted to call and give a comment and did not want anything else. The manager asked if I wanted another pizza made and when I said no, he hung up on me. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
