The Papa John’s near Georgia Tech is a really convenient and reliable option for anyone in the area. The staff are kind and friendly, and the service is impressively fast. Placed an pick-up order online, when going for a travel from Greyhound bus station. It was easy and timing was perfect. The order was ready for pickup when I reached the store and quickly collected on the way.

I ordered a Veg Cheese Sticks and used a voucher to claim the points accumulated through Dough points. The restaurant was clean and neat and is located in a calm area. The parking space was good and we find it easy to drive through.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. I arrived for a pickup order and waited over 30 minutes, which is unacceptable. When I first walked in, no one acknowledged me. After standing there for 7 minutes with no other customers in the store, I had to ask about my order, only to find out my pickup sticker hadn’t even been printed yet. No one apologized for the delay.

When the food finally came out, it was completely unsatisfactory (see attached photo). I asked for a remake due to the poor condition of the order.

At that point, the manager, who identified himself as Michael Hobbs, came over and took the box from me without a word and threw it in the garbage. Again, no apology, no effort to resolve the situation respectfully. When I asked for a remake, he instead offered a refund only, as though that would make up for the terrible service and wasted time.

Words were exchanged—not aggressively, but out of sheer frustration over how badly this was handled. I have never experienced such poor customer service from someone claiming to be a direct manager. His behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking in any basic customer service training.

I do not recommend this location. The way my concerns were handled was unacceptable, and I hope this feedback leads to proper staff training, especially at the management level.

If I could give them zero stars I will, I ordered an ordered online and got a notification saying it was ready once I entered the store I was waiting an additional 35 minutes later only for them to tell me they misplaced my order. Somehow found the order and attempted to give me cold pizza.This store lacks plenty of miscommunication and no guidance on how to solve challenges with situations like this.

Extremely disappointing Super Bowl experience at this Papa John’s location.

I ordered the game day promo for two large, two-topping pizzas through customer service and selected in-store pickup. When I arrived, there were hundreds of people waiting and the store couldn’t even find my order after I had already waited about 30 minutes. I was forced to place a completely new order and then waited nearly another hour.

On top of that, the pizzas I finally received were incorrect, but due to the chaos and volume of people, I felt pressured to just accept them. I also wasn’t given a receipt until I repeatedly asked for about 15 minutes because they claimed they were out of paper.

Because of the delays, confusion, and poor organization, I missed the entire Super Bowl—something I had specifically planned this order around. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had and far below what I would expect from Papa John’s.

Absolutely unacceptable service — avoid this location at all costs.

I placed an order at 6:00 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 6:45–7:00 PM. It is now 8:30 PM and the order STILL has not arrived. Nearly 2.5 hours for a simple delivery is ridiculous.
What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication or updates from the store. No explanation, no status changes, nothing.

This experience has been a total waste of time and has genuinely ruined my appetite. I strongly advise that you do not route any deliveries from this Papa John’s location. Choose a different store or order from another restaurant entirely. This location clearly has no regard for customers’ time or basic service quality

Man I’m really pissed off because I feel like I pay my money for just simple common service. So I order my pizza go to pick it up and my box is wide open I ask for my order and the girl with the big lashes brings me the open box. I ask is that my order with the box wide open she get an attitude and say sometimes the box don’t close and tells me you can look at it. So I wouldn’t lose my cool I took the pizza when I go to look at it all the toppings I asked for isn’t even on it. I usually don’t leave reviews but this situation got me fire hot and I just got to accept it to avoid conflict and I hate that for myself. Do better yall as human beings because it’s getting ridiculous the way store treats customers and even operate !

Order took an hour, then they gave the incorrect address to DoorDash. Called in to explain the situation and the dude argued with me, telling me I put the address in wrong when I was literally reading exactly the address that was on my order… I had to repeat myself about 3 times before they finally agreed to deliver the pizza again (to the correct address).

At Cleveland Ave location. While in store workers conversation was about gay acts and young lady folding boxes was sitting on prep table, pizza dough guy was eating pizza and trying to purchase weed, went outside and came back without washing hands yo make more dough. Was told order would take 10 minutes but order didn’t start being prepared until after 20, there’s no menu above counter. Horrible atmosphere and no professionalism.

ROACH IN PIZZA So I ordered a pizza and had it delivered plus other things not only were some items missing but my pizza had a ROACH cooked in the cheese when I called the store the female put me on hold and hung up the phone after I told her my issue was that I had a bug in my food that was just delivered to my home so I had to call back and she placed me BACK on hold and after 5 or so minutes hung up again! I proceeded to keep calling until I was able to speak to the “store manager” which was a feminine speaking male (never got a name) and he then lied to me and didn’t help resolve my issues but not only that he told me that I was would have to PROVE that it came from their store! so yea if you wanna get sick or eat some roaches then go ahead and order from them ‍♀️
