Pizza was disappointing – it was lacking quality , 5 at best . I ordered a pepperoni mushroom black olives pizza and a salad . Pizza was overcooked a cold.
And salad was old and outdated. Disgusting dinner.

I definitely do not recommend it. It is not possible to order and receive it here in time. They may be busy, but they said the order would be ready in 7 minutes and made me wait for 45 minutes. I was mistreated trying to find out why they said differently .If I respect your effort, you will also respect my time and me. The pizza carrier person is incredibly rude and disrespectful.He imitated me. I have an accent and english is not my primary language.It’s very strange that he’s not American either, middle eastern or arabic.

Pizza was trash. Haven’t had Papa John’s in so long, I think I was just seeking some nostalgia because I remember Papa John’s being good. My Hawaiian pizza came with sausage. Maybe they ran out of ham but it was so gross.
Also, the app doesn’t show when the driver is on their way, you just get a notification. This sucks compared to other apps that do delivery because I had to wait outside to prevent them from knocking cause it was late

Placed online order and once my pizza was delivered to my hotel and had no napkins no plates etc… I opened up my pizza took one bite and there goes long string black hair in my food. I called them and they wasn’t apologetic about it at all. So they told me that they would remake my order another 45 minutes. I decided to go down there because we’re from outta town and just wanted to eat. I get to the store and explained to the two guys about the order. Both were giving me the worst service and messed my order up and wouldn’t give me my money back or nothing. Horrible experience

Order was over and HOUR late. When we called,3 times, manager kept giving excuses and WOULD NOT REFUND our money. Driver arrived and I asked why he was late. He GRINNED at and just said the typical bs,” we’re busy “. And when I said, “really, that busy”. He then turned around and started walking away. WITH OUR FOOD!!! He stole our food and money. Don’t order from these people.

I wasn’t too thrilled with the night staff. It was like a bunch of highschool boys laughing and making u feel uncomfortable. I decided to wait in my car and rest my eyes while my pizza was being made & one of the guys came out and stood right next to my window and started yelling & singing real loud just to wake me up then went back inside & laughed w/ the other guys. Grown men acting like 14 year olds!

The staff was so sweet the moment I came in! Very nice customer service. My friend was sick in the parking lot and they were concerned if she was okay and even gave me some plastic bags for my car in case she threw up again. They were the nicest crew ever! Also the pizza was fresh and so delicious! We ordered pizza and garlic knots with garlic sauce!! So amazing!!

I am working what DoorDash I had to pick up order I went to the store they employer were so angry I told them hello how are you? I didn’t get no time from them. I told him I have to pick up order. But he didn’t answer me I should the name of the order on the phone. After that, he didn’t check the order he said it’s gonna take 10 minutes !
