I go to this Dunkin almost every morning and sometimes twice a day. Sometimes the service can be iffy but the manager Moses is awesome and knows how to keep his customers happy. I will not go into details, just wanted to say he is always helpful and courteous.

Went there they never have a variety of donuts they always get my order wrong I didn’t get what I paid for I did not get my moneys worth . All the frosting was off my donuts and it was flipped upside down into the paper recommended not to go to this dunking there rude and rush ur order !!

Writing this review to warn people about the flies that land on the open tray full of donuts. Flies are flying around and landing on the donuts which I mentioned to the servers but they said they can’t do anything about it. The Dunkin Donuts in New Jersey have all the donuts inside a glass shelf so they are not contaminated. The worst part about this is that there is a dumpster in the parking lot that has flies circling. Who knows if they are the same flies landing on the donuts. Management should ensure health and safety by ensuring the location is sanitary and food is protected.

Stopped in to use the bathroom. No door knob on the door on inside of bathroom!!!! I did not try to close it because I knew I wouldn’t be able to get out, but even with the door leaning, I got trapped!! Scariest thing ever. I ultimately was able to get the door open after 10 minutes of being trapped!!!
Something told me to bring my cell phone so I could have called 911 or the people working there, but anyone that wouldn’t put in out of order sign on a door like that, is not to be trusted. I went to the register to tell the woman working and she was as cavalier as could be! To put somebody in a dangerous situation like that in absolute terror during these perilous times is inexcusable and disgusting.

The place is semi busy. The staff seems nice enough, but the odor when you walk in made me walk out within a minute or two. Not to mention, for a sit down location, there’s no public restroom. So I walked out and don’t plan on going back.

The coffee here is top shelf, second to none in my opinion. The coffee tastes fresh and flavorful every time I stop by for a cup. I don’t really order food with my coffee here, but I’ve had their hash browns and plain doughnuts. Not impressed with either of them.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts a lot. I go really early in the morning. Sometimes I’m the first to second customer today. I was one of the last. I guess the biggest problem with this place is not the people, but the timely service when I go there if somebody has something in front of me which is more than 3 or 4 things. It takes forever to go through the drive through today. I got a coffee and a croller. The guy was on the phone. Taking an order and standing there with my money in his hand I waited a moment for my coffee and donut on the financial part of this whole scenario for the owner. You have to pick up your speed Costing you money. You have a really big Building there. I’m not trying to be knit picking, but the music was really loud. And it’s cool that you let your employees jam out at the job. But pick up the speed, maybe pick a different song.
