LOCATED INSIDE “TACOS Y CAFE”!!! Talk about a true hole in the wall! This place is first class in their food and service. Hands down the best sushi I’ve had. I rarely like the raw fish type of rolls as the fish is usually low quality and turns into a mushy ball that needs some intense chewing. That was NOT the case here. The sushi was super tender and melted in my mouth.
Id highly recommend the N7 roll. It had a unique set of flavors with a pineapple sauce that made for a very fresh bite.

Really good food. The sushi was amazing and fresh, I had a 6pc Maki. The Yakisoba is to die for! It was suuper flavorful, well seasoned and cooked to the perfect consistency, with a very generous portion size to boot!
I’m super stoked to see such a high quality late night option in San Antonio.

This place is located inside the taco place!! It’s a late night sushi spot. There’s no signage but don’t let it discourage you. We had such a wonderful experience here. The staff was friendly, down to earth, and helpful. The sushi was extremely fresh — they told us that they throw out any unused fish after a couple of days to make sure they’re only providing the freshest product. Please give this place a try!

This place is an awesome hole in the wall! Not only are there amazing dishes, but there is BYOB for no fee! The food is good quality and comes out relatively quickly, especially since it’s only one person running the show. The chef is very chill and super friendly as well. Be sure to call before you go just to make sure it’s open and they know you’re coming. Enjoy this awesome hidden gem! (Yes, it’s inside of the Tacos Y Cafe)

Ordered through Uber eats. The chef/owner seemed like a cool dude dedicated to his craft. The sushi seemed of good quality. But the one thing that almost made the sushi not edible was the amount of vinegar used in the rice. Sushi rice is supposed to have like a cup of
Vinegar for every cup of water or something like that, but I find that to be way WAY too much vinegar. I wish he had an option for less vinegar. It could have used about 70-80 percent less vinegar. Without the vinegar though, I would have rated 4-5 stars

I just stopped by Sushito for the first time and I definitely will be back regularly! Aki (I hope I spelled his name right) and Harry were both very friendly/welcoming and they also gave me a free soup with my order tonight. The food is delicious!!! Amazing sushi and I can’t wait to try some of the other rolls on the menu. I highly recommend anyone else in the area to check them out! Perfect for late night cravings
