I pulled up to a completely empty drive-thru on a Sunday morning. After only 20 seconds of trying to decide what to order, the manager abruptly told me I had ‘5 seconds left’ because they were ‘on a timer.’ I felt completely unwelcome. There is no reason to rush your only customer in an empty drive-thru over a timer. Terrible customer service.

We visited this location today at 100 Marston st, Lawrence. They were very nice and even went extra by making sure my son’s Dunkin donut Halloween bucket stayed clean by putting his munchkins in a bag for him.

PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION FOR YOURE OWN SAFETY! I ordered from this location through uber eats just got a normal ice coffee and a wake up wrap. first off my food order was wrong and that was a bummer but that’s not even that main issue regarding food safety. i was drinking my ice coffee and i was half way finished with my coffee and i’m looking at it and i’m noticing little white chunks floating in my freaking coffee!!! I used to work for dunkin myself and i know those white chunks are rotted creamer from not cleaning their milk/creamer dispenser. i’m absolutely horrified that this location is gross enough not to even clean their machines. i’m just praying that coffee isn’t gonna give me food poising. But for ur own safety i would just stay away from this location. they don’t clean properly and they give their customers coffee that’s literally a health hazard. GROSS.

The manager took my order and still my ticket was thrown out, someone said they were told didn’t have to make it, and I guess there’s some other receipt that gets printed that they also didn’t have. They apparently didn’t notice me sitting there waiting, they’re too busy laughing and talking to themselves. It wasn’t busy – no one else was there except one person who I believe was a worker on break passively snapping at me. I’ve been here once before and it wasn’t great and I trust the other bad reviews more than I do this staff. I won’t be back again.

I live here basically. I go multiple times per week and my food and drink are always good. There’s a particular girl (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) that is always so attentive and sweet. This is the best DD in Lawrence. From the food to the staff, I love it! The staff deserves recognition for sure. This is not the closest DD to me but I rather drive here.

The new manager n Mohammed are rude. I been going there over 3 years no problem. I go every day 7 days a week. I know all the workers which some are family. All of a sudden because I wrote a review the manager spoke to the workers n told them they aren’t allowed to speak to me . Which is crazy seeing customer service is being friendly with us or we don’t go bck . Now they told the workers the new manager not to serve me or my daughter n we weren’t allowed in the store after 3 years of being there. They use old food .. n are rude. Just stating the truth
