After a while, I decided to return when I heard the good comments from the area… and if I had to verify it myself. The store is very nice, the morning girls are very friendly and attentive to the order. My whole order came out fast and perfect.

Litterally, I live next door to this establishment. Absolutely awful. Think in the past 4 years, they have NEVER got my order right. Ill rather travel 5 miles away from this dunkin just to get my correct order. I dont even trust them to make hot coco, or a plain bagle toasted with cream cheese, these are even harder for them. Get bagel and its cold and hard, bruh, I said toasted. And where is my cream cheese? Smh..

BAD BAD BAD! asked for one pump of syrup and there was like an inch of it. Told them this was NOT one pump and asked them to correct it. They came back with 2 inches of syrup. Asked them to correct it. They handed me another cup apparently. I drove away and started drinking and literally spit out the straight up sugar. All they did was mix it to make it look like they corrected it. Never again. Don’t go here

Went there for around 8pm.
The guy with dreadlock was so rude.
Gave me burnt coffee while coffee machine clearly blinking red. While i asked him he said he is about to close so he cant make new coffee.and the COFFEE IS HOT IS ITS FRESH.
He did not even gave me any receipt and while i was asking again and again he did not reply and moved away.

Glad you guys updated the store, time to update the staff. Should not take 25 minutes for coffee if I’m doing an online order. It’s grab and go not stand around for 15 minutes waiting. Then you MESS UP THE ORDER. Disappointed. American can’t run on this Dunkin. SMH.
