This is one of the best Little Caesars locations. I will always get my orders from this location because they always get my order right and it’s always hot and fresh. Bought a pizza and breadsticks. Breadsticks were burnt when opening. Drove back to the store. The worker said he was sorry and just handed me a new bag without checking if that one was burnt too or not. Not remorseful that I wasted my time coming back. Came home. That bag was burnt too. Tried it and it made us gag it tasted chemically. Never coming back and we were frequent buyers here.

My order yesterday was the worst pizza we’ve ever gotten as a to-go order. I’m honestly not even sure the pizza was cooked on the same day that it was given to us in our order. It was stale, cold and sauce was dried up. Serving pizza that is old and quite frankly inedible, is unacceptable.

Been ordering here for years. This time will be the last time. No option to add garlic & parm online orders. Which is ok. Normally i just pay for it at the counter when im picking it up. This time Maggie the manager insisted on arguing with me telling me that she cant not put the garlic on. Thats once the pizza is paid for there is nothing they can do. Told her that i always do this and they just charge me. Argued with me for 5-7mins then I had to ask for a full refund. She told me that i was to never come back and was not welcome here. She ruined this place for me.

Ordered Little Cesars delivery tonight from this location, and we received old and cold pizza. It was hard and the sauce was dried up. I called to see if we could bring it back as we were not about to eat extremely old food, and the “manager” argued the entire time and hung up where I asked for her name. Extremely horrible customer service, and I hope this employee is fired for how awful she treats her customers.

Wow, is there a zero star rating? This store has permanently lost my business. Damn near chipped my tooth on the over cooked and stale breadstick. I cannot believe this store does not have a quality assurance process before food is provided. Very nervous about how they handle the pizza here.
Drive to the next LC, it will likely be well worth it the extra 10 min.
