This is my favorite Subway in the Fort Worth area! The location is ALWAYS clean. I never have to wait in long lines and the service is good. I’ve had pleasant conversations with the staff as they prepare my sandwich exactly like I want it.

I’ve been to many Subway locations, but the service here is on another level. Christian was incredibly patient, friendly, and actually took the time to make sure my sandwich was built perfectly, not just thrown together. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location specifically because of her!

I walked in with an order for 12 subs for our campus to go and Ms. Christina/Christina was so pleasant and so helpful. She was quick and had such a positive attitude! She was so informative of the products and prices and catered to our every need! We will definitely be returning for her service! She even numbered the sandwiches for us ti make it easier to distribute!!!! She was absolutely great!!

This is the second time I have gone to this subway, because it is the closest to my house. First time the guy was unfriendly,rude. Thought well we all have bad days. Just went in again just now. Guess the dude has a bad day every day. Unfriendly, had to repeat order two or three times, still didn’t get it right. And acted like it made him mad, because I repeat it. Asked him his name, he said it was Martin, well Martin if the job is that bad find a New one. I want be back. I’ll drive the extra 5 miles to the next one. The owner needs to do something, I know his losing money, just because of this one employees.

Fast and friendly service every time I come in with my sister I’m greeted the young man at night Julien is very polite, great service and manners, very respectful. The lady at night time is also a sweet woman Vickey is her name I believe. They made the sandwiches and kept me smiling the whole time. I would definitely recommend and comeback to this Subway. 5 stars

I see Christina the manager on a daily basis for lunch becuz she is so sweet and such a hard worker regardless if she’s having a tough day or what not. Half the time she’s working by herself but she’s still smiling and greeting her customers at the door! Thank you Christina for being awesome!

The night manager he is so rude all of our sandwiches were wrong and we didn’t receive any drinks and my order wasn’t cheap. He was super super rude. Every time I have ordered from the subway on altemere my order is wrong every single time! They need to shut this subway down and let the other subways that actually do their job right and isn’t rude!!
