I placed an order through DoorDash so that I could pick it up. When I arrived, the female had her back turned and didn’t bother to greet me or even look back at me. So I told her I was there to pick up my DoorDash order and she looked at the order that was there on top of the counter and asked for my name, then said it’s ready you just need the drinks. Then she proceeded to walk away, while I stood there waiting for her to hand me the drinks, or tell me to get the drink myself. She didn’t bother saying anything until a few minutes later, while I stood there looking at her, then she started speaking to me in Spanish asking if I needed anything else, so I asked about the chips and the drinks that came with the order. She said to me very rudely in Spanish, “the chips are in the bag , I can’t tell you how to do your job, if you can’t do your job then you shouldn’t be doing it.” So I said to her that this is not my job this is my food that I’m picking up. Then she said “well the drinks are in the fridge you can get them yourself.”
This was my first time ever buying sandwiches from subway and to have a terrible first time experience, I will never buy from this place again. She was very rude, has zero customer service experience, and just assumed I knew what to do upon arrival without being greeted or guided on how to proceed with my order. I truly hope you guys find a replacement because she is not fit for any customer service role. She needs to watch how she talks to people, because she is going to end up doing that to the wrong one.

They have a sign advertising bogo footlong 50% off. The lady working there told me that you had to order the sandwiches online to get the deal. I went online to place the order and the deal is not online. I asked the lady if she could honor the special since they have a sign on their front window advertising the deal. She said she could not because she was not a manager. No other assistance was offered. If you can’t honor the special, why have a big sign on the window advertising the special. This is false advertisement!!

After a bad incident a year ago I haven’t been back to this awful location until today. Ordered on the app and got home and the sandwich has the wrong bread, no tomato, no mayo. What a joke.

I’ve given this subway multiple chances, and every time I leave frustrated and with a bad sandwich. Just paid $15 for a sandwich from the menu, with practically no meat and that I had to explain how to make every step. It’s literally on the menu.. On top of that it took over 20 minutes with there being only one person in front of me. I just don’t understand how it can be so bad..

So Everytime a specific person works here she makes the worst sandwiches. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s an online order, and she feels like she doesn’t have to make the correct order. But we ordered a cold cut sandwich with everything and in the photo is what we got.
What anyone else works, we have no issues, it’s just this one person. Last time she spilled the whole salt in my sandwich and that was the last time I ordered anything with salt and pepper. We usually call before hand to see who is working, but forgot to this time. If you can’t do this job, please find something else.

This was one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve had. The order process takes forever, even when the store isn’t busy. The workers are not polite at all – they don’t greet you when you walk in, and they act like they’re ignoring you rather than helping. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here, and it shows. Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for decent service.

Do not come here, take more time and drive somewhere else, they don’t put any meat and they have a silver thing covering the meat area so you can’t see and It has dead bugs all over It I informed them and they said they can’t reach to get them so they’ll stay there, my sandwich was super cold after asking for It toasted had to go back In to get It warmed up I spent $21 to eat bread crust. Never again.

The worker was rude and not welcoming. He wasn’t as kind to me as other customers in the store. I know Subway is healthy fast food but you’d expect a little appreciation or kindness when buying food at a restaurant. They also did not have all of the ingredients Subway typically offers. He also made my sandwich sloppily. I won’t return to this location.
