I had probably one of the worst sandwiches I ever had there and I eat there quite often. The sandwich was dry. Wasn’t anything close to what I ordered and the pasta? Tried to order online, it didn’t work. Called in, received my order. They charged me 5 times for food I did not receive!!! Over $260.00!!! Called 5 times to get it fixed, manager didn’t call me back. Said he would talk to corporate. I called Monday talked to a female manager. She told me she is trying to be patient with me. I wasn’t really upset until she said that. That really upset me!! Then asked why I waited till Monday to call!!! Lady I’ve been calling since Saturday!!!! Corporate has no phone number to call!! Inept manager on Monday, the pizza was terrible on top of it! I’m out $266.00!!! I’ll never order from here again!!! Just so you know GM of Dominoes, I received 3 XLG pizzas for 12.99 each. I received nothing else! I was quoted my bill as being $45.84 for what I owed. That I will pay. The other charges of $66.00+ I will not pay, because I did not get the orders that were charged to me. Also McKenzie, you are a terrible manager!! My movers are only 1 1/2 pizzas they were so bad. The rest went to the garbage! Because of how this was handled, I am black listing you Dominoes!! Just for everyone’s info. Happy Joes is now open for Pizza delivery, and Pizza pick up!! So Dominoes is not your only option!!

Just left a 5* review on website before I checked pasta bowl.. pasta way overcooked (mushy). All the cheese on top was burnt. A ton of buffalo sauce to hide the burnt cheese…. Wings and pizza were perfect. Pasta, not so much

Assistant Manager “Mackenzie” of 6 years was absolutely belligerent. I have never in my life experienced something like this from an employee of any establishment.

I made my order online, and it instantly appeared as completed. Knowing there can be technical difficulties within the app, I called immediately to confirm my order was placed. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Mackenzie then told me, “yes it is complete”. Me being a sane and logical person, knows this was impossible. She claimed to be able to “spy” on my ordering, before I even paid, or was even done customizing my pizza. This is impossible. I could have gone back in the app at any point and changed the toppings on my pizza, because I have not paid for the order at that point. I was also having issues with my new card and was just debating on not ordering tonight.

I was not aware mind readers were hired at this establishment, perhaps being a part of the X-Men would better suit her.

Me, living nearby, pull up to this location right away, and what do you know, my order was not complete, despite her efforts to try and convince me otherwise over the phone. She marked the order complete before it even was, so I couldn’t even track it. Doing so defeats the purpose of the tracker system. Once I caught her in that lie, she began speaking 1000 words per minute (impressive), and yelling over me as I remained calm trying to ask why she did that. She was completely belligerent, out of line, rude, and a horrible representation of the brand. Before I barely even got the chance to speak, she continued to threaten to cancel my order, screaming over me as I tried to calmly explain her lie up until I left the store (pizza in hand mind you, I wouldn’t have been mad if she refunded me at that point, I think I deserved free pizza for that interaction.)

Another employee apologized for her actions, as he shook his head gesturing towards her while she continued to spit venom. That apology was better than nothing I suppose. The guy that gave me my pizza has always been a chill dude there, he’s a good worker. But if another employee has to apologize for their superior (just guessing), something is clearly wrong here.

Yes, I had some choice words right as I left the store, who wouldn’t. I’m not going to be treated like that. It was insane, but mildly entertaining. I am in the customer service industry myself and would never act so inappropriately, childish and unprofessional like she did tonight. I really hope there are some kind of repercussions, because that was truly a memorable experience.

This place is good for pizza, but they screw up allot. The last three pizzas I ordered from here were uncut, over greasy, or disproportionate in toppings. I’ve reported most of these times, but it doesn’t seem to change the fact that the workers can’t seem to make a decent pizza.

Disappointed in our last experience. We arrived for our curbside pickup a few minutes after the latest projected time for our order being ready. We waited another 20 minutes before someone came out with food, but our order wasn’t right. They were missing a pizza and we only ordered 3 things. We waited another 20 minutes for the missing pizza to be made and they gave me the wrong pizza. I gave up and took the wrong order home. It seemed like no one knew how to manage the orders. Total chaos

Got a car side delivery fast service but they handed me a med pizza. I told him I got a large he just said sorry and walked away. I got home and noticed it was the wrong pizza and checked my account. I ordered a large ham and mushroom on reg crust. I got a pepperoni on thin med. I called back up and asked if they could deliver the pizza I ordered they said no I had to go pick it up. Fine I did. As I was waiting for them to finish it all up they were cussing and talking about how people with allergies and religious beliefs would not eat or order Domino’s!! Sorry it will be some time again before I get Domino’s just for them being so rude !!

Decided to give it a try again and order. Been a few months and things were looking good until tonight. Ordered 2 pizzas and a soda, got the pizzas they were warm at best and no soda. I was told they would be right back. Kids ate pizza waited for about 45 min for soda didn’t come back. Tried to call like 5 times they didn’t answer the phone. Called again about 3 hours later still no answer.kidss still don’t have soda. Thank you new ulm dominos.
