The food is excellent, the store is consistently clean, and the staff is outstanding. Megan and Christian in particular deliver a reliably fantastic experience each visit. While the location appears to be operating with limited staffing at times, the team continues to provide exceptional service.

What the hell even is this shit? I’ve asked for extra sauce many times in the past and have never received pizza soup. Honestly they should be embarrassed. Disgusting. Pizza wasn’t even completely cooked or cut, breadsticks were cold and tasted stale. Don’t waste a penny.

The atomosphere and customer service was good, I just wished my pizza tasted as good. When I got home both pizza were veey doughy, I had to put them and my wings in the oven. Unacceptable when you’re spending $50.

What I missed about living in Naptown!
I LOVE Donatos Pizza! I got their famous thin crust pepperoni and I also tried their cauliflower crust pizza with grilled chicken, tomato’s, spinach and fresh mozzarella. Added garlic bread sticks with hot dipping cheese to both. NO complaints at all. Orders were made to perfection and hot when they arrived (both also arrived earlier than scheduled.) Thank you for making my return to this city a warm welcome!

The manager is horrible started screaming at an employee with 10 people trying to order food. The lady was asked to come take our order and she did so she was polite friendly and was doing her job until the manager came running out yelling. Snapped at my husband that she would take his order we were in the party room listening to her yell. There is absolutely no reason to treat an employee that way in front of people or not! Food took forever cause it was chaotic with her screaming. The other girl who finished our order was great the guy cooking was great but if that manager keeps her job I’ll never be back!

Kara rocks! She went above and beyond on Thanksgiving eve with 10 minutes to spear from the time I ordered to receiving my food was under 15 minutes!! She deserves a raise for sure family customer service and dedication she has. I appreicate you and so does Eric!!!

New to the area and excited to see Donatos, as when I lived in Ohio, they were some of the best, well… NOT here!
Order over the phone through a BOT chat and then preceded to wait 15 minutes past the time it said it would be here to call, when I called they said the delivery driver was “being slow tonight” and that they would send it through door dash, it got here over an hour late and COLD, They didn’t think that maybe since it was so late they should make a fresh one, but NO, sent the hour old cold pizza anyway! No apology, no free breadsticks to smooth things over, No Discount offered. Don’t make the mistake I did, go ANYWHERE else!
