Been ordering from Diana’s for a couple of years (Delivery). Food was good and delivery very good. A couple of weeks ago I ordered Chicken Parm Platter. It was burned and uneatable. Called and they sent out another platter that was ok. We ordered last night… again the Chicken Parm was burned and uneatable. Didn’t call… just no more ordering from Diana’s. The pizza was still good but no more platters. I tried to find out if they changed owners or cooks… unable to do so.

They have really good salads here. We always get Diana‘s grilled marinated chicken salad. Sandwiches are pretty good. The pizza is all right, unless you get the Mona Lisa pizza which is banging.

Today 11/9 Ordered a Buffalo chicken slice and a few garlic knots. The pizza was good but the garlic knots were old, hard, and inedible. It didn’t cost much but man I feel hustled smh

Called for a delivery order and the man that took my order my order was so rude. Never told me how long or the total of my order. Last time I ordered my order was wrong. Shouldn’t have give this place another chance. Pizza places around here are a dime a dozen. Get it together Diana’s. Used to be my go to but no more after today. Just called back to check on delivery time and the girl that answered the phone was nasty & yelling at my husband who simply asked for a ETA on delivery. No words for this place right now. WOW.

I order 2 to 3 times a week they told me 45 minutes for delivery after 1 and half hour still no delivery I called and told them I wanted a discount they said no not a way to treat a good customer there is over 25 places I can order from in Bensalem I guess they don’t want my business
