So much worse than the Lacey location, just got burnt tasting fried rice from very overcooked eggs and they are very inconsistent as well, just drive to Lacey.
Edit:they also forgot a side and I had to ask for it separately so I got a little less, could have got in the car without checking and wouldn’t have ever gotten it

The rudest employee EVER. Mind you she said she was a shift manager, blonde hair, pig tails. YOU WERE RUDE. I don’t know what compelled her to take her bad attitude out on people for just wanting a drink, because I literally just ordered 2 watermelon craft beverage’s with no ice, she aggressively put the ice down and filled the drinks up. She did not fill it all the way up because she said there was an ice policy where you have to leave a good amount of room. I have never heard of this policy before and had come to the same location for the same thing and no one has told me that ever. I asked if she was able to fill them up and she said no again and said she was being generous because she filled more than was supposed to. I’m confused and a little frustrated because I’m basically getting a drink with a good amount of space left over. I tried to ask another employee and she walked over quickly and said it louder and even more rude. They looked at me like I’m asking for the most absurd thing ever. I wanted to stand up for myself for how mean she was to me but at the time I didn’t want to because time I understand working in customer service jobs. But never to intentionally be mean. So I called the other Panda Express in Lacey and they said there was no such thing as an ice policy and they were able to fill up my drinks. I don’t know what power trip she was on but that was so unnecessary. Really? In this economy? I can’t get my drink filled up all the way? This company is a 4 billion dollar company and you think there gonna hurt for you denying me what I’m literally paying for? Funny thing is I randomly went across a tik tok of the owners of Panda Express’s house and they literally own a MASSIVE mansion in Hawaii, almost at 16 million, let alone another house in Las Vegas.

I am extremely frustrated. I received my order 6/11 approximately 12:00 PM and it had a wire from a cleaning wires brush in my food . completely unsanitary and disgusting. i reached out to panda support and it’s been almost a week and it seems like they are ignoring my email and requests for a response back . it is completely unprofessional to avoid customer because of issues that had . i have two kiddos and if i had not noticed they could’ve eaten it or choked on it as they are young 1 and 2 . i’m very disappointed in the lack of communication on pandas end as well as the cleanliness and attention to detail for the restraunt staff. I have reported them to health department as they don’t want to fix the problem but ignore their customers

I placed an online order at 11:30 and it said it would be ready by 11:42 and I waited there until 12:05 and never got my order. I was standing at the online order area. Lady kept looking at me. Try to get her attention- Nothing. There was about seven of us waiting for an online order. I gave up at that point and walked away without my food.

I made a catering order 24 hours in advance and when I arrived to pick it up it was 20 minutes late. However, no one cares that Panda was late, it’s the guy who brings it late who they get mad at. I show up to my event only to find out that Panda supplied me with utensils but NO plates. So I had to leave, get plates from Fred Meyer and come back, only to delay lunch even more. I’ve always had a great experience with Panda but y’all at the mall in Olympia need to get your act together. Do better.

I absolutely love panda express. There is a short guy who works afternoons a lot, unsure of his name but his famous line is “dinner is served”, he has amazing service and that man deserves a raise. my favorite fast food place.

The fried rice was cook enough so the rice was crunchy. The chicken mushroom I got, the chicken didn’t taste like chicken. It was way to slimy and didn’t taste right. The only good thing was the zucchini. 20 mins late I was running to the toilet. I don’t not recommend at all

I love the food and atmosphere here, but when I order my food. The server said it will be a will for fresh noodles. And I went and sat down the cashier tried to get me to pay early and I told her I rather pay when it’s done. She gave my an aggravating look and threw my plate to the side aggressively, her name was zinna. And once my meal was ready she told me with an loud an aggressive voice “Can you please come pay”.
