The food was really good, which made this experience disappointing overall.
When we walked in, the cashier Arianna H was engaged in a personal conversation with a friend. As we stood at the counter ready to pay, she gave us an unwelcoming look and continued talking for several minutes before acknowledging us. It felt as though she expected us to use the self-checkout kiosks rather than providing basic customer service.
On a positive note, the gentleman who brought our food was excellent. He was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond.
The main reason for this review is the lack of cleanliness, specifically the bathrooms. There is one private restroom for men and one for women. The restaurant was not busy at all just us and another couple dining so there was no excuse for the condition they were in. The bathroom was unacceptable. There appeared to be blood on the wall, on the back of the toilet, and on the floor. The toilet paper was also completely out. It raised serious concerns about how often the restrooms are cleaned, if at all.
Good food alone cannot make up for poor customer service and serious cleanliness issues. I hope management addresses these concerns promptly.

When this PDQ location first opened, I honestly wasn’t sure it would make it—especially being so close to Chick‑fil‑A. It felt like a risky spot. But over time, they’ve proven themselves.
One thing I appreciate is that they’re open on Sunday, which makes them a convenient option when other places are closed. There’s usually very little wait, and the food quality has been consistently good. I’ve never had an issue with service; the staff has always been friendly and competent during my visits.

The gentleman behind the counter named john was awesome. As soon as I walked in along with other customers, he greeted everyone and had a very positive attitude. I would definitely recommend him for some kind of management position just from my first interaction with him. Also my first time ever at a PDQ, I will definitely be back

I personally liked the food — good flavor and decent portions. We paid almost $50 for 2 adults and 1 kid, which felt fair for what we got. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the table. While we were waiting, we sat down and the surface was extremely sticky, not sure if it was the varnish on the table or if it just wasn’t cleaned properly. It definitely took away from the experience a bit.

The service was impeccable. Fast and friendly staff helped introduce us to the menu and brought our togo order out to us super quick. We had the blue cheese chicken sandwich, crispy fat juicy tenders, cheesy broccoli and waffle fries. Everything tasted amazing. Definitely at the top of my list of chicken tender joints to go return to.

Drive thru purchase, 5th time. Chicken tenders with waffle fries. Very disappointed this visit. Really small pieces of chicken overly breaded with dark appearance. Waffle fries were hard & terribly dry. Food quality was very good on previous visits. Requesting a response.

Excellent place to visit. I had the Buffy Blue which was recommended by the staff and it was cooked great and packed with flavor. My wife had the chicken tenders and really enjoyed them as well. The waffle fries were excellent for waffle fries, nice and crispy. The Operating Director met us at our table to check on us and asked what we thought and mentioned the shakes so we had to try them as well. Absolutely delicious! The place was super clean and the staff was very friendly. I am so glad to see something new in the area with a little more options. We will definitely be coming back. I posted several photos below so check them out! We’ll worth the visit.

The food is usually very good. One of the few chicken places you can eat very healthy at. Don’t sleep on their grilled chicken. It is so good, but if you order ahead for pickup just know that you are going to wait. This last time we waited an additional 20 minutes past our pick up time for our food. After multiple visits I can say with confidence the long wait time is the standard and not the exception.
