This is my go to store, I love picking up my mobile order in the mornings. However sadly I don’t think I’ll come by in the evenings anymore. Everytime I have stopped by later in the day, it doesn’t feel as welcoming and all the baristas don’t greet or even acknowledge me. It took them a few minutes to ask if I needed help. Another time I was the only customer in the store and was told my order should be ready soon as I was waiting, they were talking amongst themselves When finally they realized my order was sitting behind them all ready to go.

Happy they were still open at 7:45 and happy to welcome us in.
Orders cane out quickly and correctly. Mine was as ordered but a little bitter so they added some vanilla happily.
We were only ones there and everything was clean – tables, floors and bathrooms.

I just now took a mocha tall size at Centralia Starbucks location and the lady added mint chocolate in my normal regular mocha which I didn’t ask. My mouth was on fire and I m allergic to mint. when I called and asked, she said the lady by mistake, she put mint in the mocha by mistake, and she asked me to talk to Jeremiah who is the manager whenever he’s available that’s the response I got

My husband went to get coffee this morning for me and ordered a venti white mocha. When I got it I noticed it felt a little light and opened the lid and it was halfway gone already. I had not taken a drink yet and this is how much was already gone. Starbucks isn’t cheap so I at least expect my coffee to be full when I get it since I pay the full price!

My visit was on the 27th of July. I have really nothing negative to say. I had a vanilla Chai w/ soy milk and a breakfast sandwich. Both items were to my satisfaction. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing – meaning they left me alone. I did not use the restroom but my wife did and she told me the restroom were cleaned. Summary: I would tell me friends to go there and if I am in the area and need a place to wait for my wife – I would definitely go there.

This Starbucks was great! Very friendly staff…but like personable and happy, not just “customer nice”. Does this being a smaller town make a difference? I dunno, maybe. Whatever it is, keep doing it.
This location has a great layout and aesthetic. Different than any one I’ve been to before. And no, this isn’t my first time to a Starbucks. ☕
Honestly, if I gave up five stars to big corporatations, I would do it here. Maybe it’s just a mood I’m in, but I seemed to just be calmer and more comfortable in this Starbucks than pretty much any other one before.

Don’t be lazy when you’re making people’s Drinks! Last week I ordered my usual matcha Frappuccino with and extra scoop of matcha & two pumps of white mocha… the matcha was thrown on the top of my whipped rather than mixed in… it literally looked like someone dropped it onto my frappe.. if you know Matcha you know it doesn’t mix cold it just clumps. Today, I decided to order the same drink (always venti) the lady took my order twice, I said Venti… I get to the window and she’s handing me a grande matcha frappe in the lightest shade of green possible! (At this point it’s now a vanilla bean) It’s clear that someone is not paying attention to what they’re doing when they’re putting the drinks together… I came home and had to make matcha then add it to my drink just to make it taste as it should have when I ordered it. Plus I paid 7$ for a grande when I should have been paying the 7$ for the venti. First picture is how they gave it to me & second one is when I added the matcha at home!
