My wife and I went here for our Anniversary this evening and it was one of the best meals out we’ve had in quite some time. We had the calamari, mussels, and the short rib special and they were all excellent as were the cocktails. Service was good, but slow at times. The small dining area was cozy but lacked some intimacy due to the volume level. Some acoustic wall treatments would easily fix that issue. Other than that, a great spot that we will most definitely add to our rotation. Thank you for an excellent meal!

This had always been one of our fave local restaurants when it was James Place. I love the ambiance and charm! Now reopened as a seafood place. The food was delicious, great selection of wines! Service was pretty good too, especially considering they JUST opened with new staff and menu. (Which is always a learning curve.) Looking forward to coming again!

I had a great experience here and considering it has only been open for 9 days it will only get better. The food was excellent. We had the crab cakes, salad greens and the salmon. Everything was very fresh and well prepared. Our waitress was very attentive and the food came out at a good pace. We will definitely be back!!

The Beet Salad was amazingly fresh and perfectly dressed. The Pork Chop was one of the best meals I have had in my life. Excellent service and perfect vibe. I will be back for sure. Can’t wait to have the pork chop again!!!!

What an awesome experience at Rockfish! We love trying new places and they did not disappoint. The scallop and truffle risotto was fabulous, so much flavor and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent! Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

Exceeded my expectations! Everything was delicious as we tried a few different things, I’m still thinking about those crab cakes! Perfect for date night or catching up with friends. Beautiful outdoor patio and great indoor atmosphere too, good service. Can’t wait to go back!

Service was very poor. Waited for ever just for a drink. Three of us had salmon none of us liked it. Very bland nothing special at all. My husband had duck he said it was good. Very dark. Very loud and low ceilings. Not enough help. One poor girl trying to serve the whole restaurant. So wanted to like this place since we loved James place but it does not compare.

They were served with only marinara sauce??? Then ordered mussels that took close to an hour. No one even seemed to care or notice. (The mussels were excellent, but they should be for 55 minute ticket time.) Only a generic apology when it was time to pay/tip. 2 aps and 4 drinks cost $150??? Apparently, the manager is a bartender? 3 bartenders who were waiting on tables too. Staff did not know the menu either. Overall, horrible. I will not go back or recommend. So sad. I was looking forward to a great seafood place in the area.

I think it’s a fairly new place so they may have some issues to work out but the food was bland, the service could be improved. Also, they really need to have their dumpster emptied more often. The dumpster is in the parking lot (which is small) and it was overflowing. Have you ever smelled garbage with seafood in it? Stomach turning which is not good to smell just before going in to eat.
