Eastern empire has been around for quite a while and their food is pretty standard Chinese food. It’s not one of my favorites in the area so I only come here on occasion. The quality is okay and the service is fine as well. All in all I would say it’s worth a try, but you may find places like Golden Sun and Kwang Fa a bit more flavorful.

Very decent Chinese, Chinese/Thai place. I’ve been going there for 10 years. Food is fresh, reasonably priced and tasty. Their Thai selection is pretty small and is not a typical Thai, but nevertheless, creative, fresh and tasty. Service is fast and the owners are friendly.

I moved from NJ a few years ago and one of the things I miss is Eastern empire. Their food was always so tasty, fresh and delicious. I worked nearby so I would go here quite frequently for dinner. I would even go on my days off!! My favorite dish was the Thai dish beef with mushrooms, yummy. I’ve learned to make it at home but it’s not quite there yet, almost. And chicken or shrimp with garlic sauce, wonton soup and hot and sour soup. There was something in their wonton soup that was different than any other I’ve tasted.. delicious. Next time I visit this will definitely be one of my stops!!

This place is Soo good and super affordable the food always arrive hot they have lots of dishes to try. They have a Thai menu selection along side the Chinese menu .If you ever looking for something new try their noodle /soup bar with mei fun noodles it’s like a full meal by itself and their chow fun is worth a try. My personal favorite is their dumplings their pan fried pork dumplings and dim sum are to die for. The beef in the dishes are so tender and perfectly cooked they’re moo shu pork just like all of their dishes comes packed. Never had a bad meal from here safe to say this is my boyfriend and I would definitely say eastern empire is our new Chinese spot .

Ordered delivery and waited 40 minutes, only to receive the completely wrong order. When I called to let them know, the staff said I’d have to wait 30 minutes for a correction – which I agreed to – but then they abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation.
I tried calling back multiple times, but the line was constantly busy. No apology, no resolution, just disrespect and wasted money. It’s unbelievable that a restaurant would treat paying customers this way.
Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere. There are plenty of Chinese restaurants that actually care about getting orders right and treating customers with basic respect.

Always quick with the time of delivery but driver always wants me to come to the car and not knock on my door. First time I ordered everything was great. Since then, food has been lacking. Quality dipped tremendously. Chicken over cooked and dry. Usually general tso and sesame chicken should have a decent amount of sauce. Chicken and broccoli is more broccoli than chicken. I always give places the benefit of the doubt, anyone can have a bad day but it’s becoming more prominent. Will be looking elsewhere from now on
