Rude lady on the phone kept interrupting me during my order which led her to get my order completely wrong. I ordered a hot sub with roast beef and provolone with lettuce. Got a soggy cold sandwich bread concoction instead.

This is one of our hotspots in Newport tn for food. The employees was nice and the atmosphere is good. This store has been open for many years the original owner Butch passed away and it was sold to someone else ever since the food has not been the same as it once was. My husband and kids love the food. I personally can do without the food now days.
