I’ve had food from the subway location and it’s always been good. However, today, the lady, working, the counter was extremely rude to both customers that I was behind due to the fact that there was a large mobile order to take care of. I understand that things get busy, but also at the end of the day you should not be rude to someone because you are going through a lunch rush.
Did not order due to her attitude and demeanor towards the older woman and the younger lady who came in before me.

Ordered delivery. Sandwich was suppose to be flat bread they gave me white bread.
Chips were suppose to be baked chips, they gave me regular chips. Tired of poor service these days.

This is the cleanest and friendliness Subway I have ever been in. Even the bathrooms was immaculate. The service was excellent and the food quality was wonderful. If you ever in Finley Ohio this is a must visit.

The worst customer service ever. I came in one person in front of me she made her subs then made mine by then 4 more people came in and she made there’s also while the gal before me and I were waiting for someone anyone to put topping on our subs. I spend 22 min in here most of it waiting… I will not come back to this store.. Lady you should really finish the first customer then move along. Not wait on everyone and leave us hanging. Meanwhile you had 2 lady’s in the back. You can’t do it all by urself.
