The food is always fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Wait times are short, and when the owner is around, everything runs perfectly. He’s incredibly polite, friendly, and provides excellent customer service that really sets the standard.
That said, the experience can feel different when the owner isn’t present. The younger staff sometimes answer the phone with a bit of attitude, and that often leads to mistakes in orders.
Still, I’m giving this place five stars because I understand how hard it is to find good help that truly represents the owner’s values and vision. The quality and care from the owner alone make this spot worth supporting.

I’d heard great things about this food truck, but my visit was disappointing. I went about 30–45 minutes before closing and ordered a birria and a chorizo burrito. Both were dry, the birria had no juiciness or flavor like it should, and the rice and beans in both seemed like they’d been sitting on heat all day.
I get it was close to closing, but it felt like I got the bottom of the batch instead of something fresh. If food runs low near closing, it’d be better to cook a small fresh batch, it can still be kept for the next day. I grew up in around restaurants and food trucks, so I know it’s possible.
That said, the service and atmosphere were great and the staff were friendly. I really wanted to like this place, but it just didn’t meet expectations this time. I will give them another try.

Waited ten minutes I’m pouring rain to order as the worker was on her phone. Tried to use a coupon and I was asked with an attitude where I got that from. The owner never communicated this info to their employees so they were confused.
Ordered a chicken salad. The chicken was unseasoned.
Due to all of that, I won’t return. There’s plenty of other places in a few minutes drive worth revisiting.

The burrito I just inhaled was the comfort food I didn’t know i needed. Ordered, and had the burrito brought out to my truck before the song that was playing ended. Will for sure be going back.

First time trying here and the food was delicious I recommend the nacho cheese steak fries, food was fresh hot and actually had flavor unlike other places in the area.
