We had a lovely breakfast at the Blue Boar Inn in Midway, Utah. The building is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out, and feels charming and inviting from the moment you arrive. The brunch menu is small but thoughtfully curated, and everything we had was delicious and well prepared. The atmosphere is cozy, relaxing, and full of great aesthetics. It’s perfect for a slow, enjoyable morning. A wonderful spot for a nice breakfast or brunch, and definitely worth a visit when you’re in Midway. We’ll be back to try their other menus soon!

Brunch at the Blue Boar Inn feels like stepping into a storybook. The setting is cozy, charming, and full of character—perfect for a relaxed morning or special outing. The brunch itself was delicious, with thoughtfully prepared dishes that felt both comforting and elevated. It’s a lovely spot to slow down, enjoy a beautiful atmosphere, and savor a memorable meal.

My husband and I ate here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. We had our dinner out in their patio seating and it was lovely getting to eat dinner while looking out on beautiful Midway! The servers were very kind and helpful and the food was delicious! I especially recommend heirloom tomato and burrata, the molasses braised pork shank and crème brûlée.

We had an absolutely fantastic breakfast at the Blue Boar during our recent stay in Midway. The prices were very reasonable and the portions are perfect.

Our party all raved about their food from the French toast to the salmon to the huevos rancheros or the eggs Benedict. Everything was perfect. The wait staff and hostess were lovely and attentive as well. We look forward to future meals here.

The setting of this little inn is absolutely charming as well and left me wishing we had booked our rooms there during the trip.

Went for Sunday brunch. My husband had the Scottish egg. He loved it, but earn it is filling.
I had the salmon on risotto. The risotto was a bit under cooked.
Service was great.

We showed up with a 19-month-old on a Sunday evening and shortly after we were seated it became clear the little one was not going to sit still for more than 30 seconds. Not wanting to disturb the other guests at what was clearly a nice meal, I flagged the hostess, said ‘thanks so much, but this was a bit fancier than we anticipated and we don’t want to disturb the other guests so I think we will find somewhere else to eat tonight.” Without hesitation Christine offered us a private room upstairs. She and Wendy brought crayons, never fussed as we explored the space and were so speedy with our food. The meal was great but the service was unparalleled and without their generosity of spirit we would have been scrambling to find somewhere else that I’m sure would not have been nearly as good. Christine really made a difference in our night!

I took my husband here for his birthday dinner while we were on vacation. I wanted to try something different with a warm and cozy vibe, great views, and good food. This restaurant exceeded my expectations. The guest host, servers, and audience are all top tier. The food is 10/10 YES I RECOMMEND!. I had the Filet mignon and my husband had the Halibut. Everything was cooked to perfection. The raspberry cheesecake is a win! Oh and if they have the fresh baked cookies available when you’re leaving, be sure to grab some. I had the chocolate chip and they were delicious. I will be returning on our next trip.

The Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant offers a dining experience that is nothing short of exceptional. I had the pleasure of visiting last week for lunch, and was thoroughly impressed. The food was expertly crafted and presented, with flavors that delighted the palate. What truly stood out, however, was the warmth and attentiveness of the server. They went above and beyond, ensuring our meal was perfect in every aspect. The ambiance is a dream; the cozy, romantic setting made our visit memorable. I highly recommend The Blue Boar for anyone seeking an elevated dining experience in a charming atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

Such a lovely little escape from the valley. We love the quaint atmosphere at the Blue Boar and the delicious food! The fondue and French onion soup are not to be missed! The fondue is a meal in itself! I loved and was pleasantly surprised by the pork shank – beautiful presentation and the flavor was incredible! My husband got the filet which was also great! Cocktails could be elevated to the level of the food with just a few adjustments like a large ice cube square vs some ice chips in the glass and a more comprehensive cocktail menu. Service was wonderful! We will be back for sure!
