Tonight, my brother placed an order and the wings were raw! Even the little wings were raw! Before he realized it was raw, he ate half of one. He noticed how mushy the wing was. He immediately threw up. We called the store and spoke to the shift leader because the manager was out. We asked him to tell his coworkers to make sure the chicken is cooked. All he said was “I can’t do that because I work in the front”. He took no responsibility at all! Lazy workers.

Service was super fast, they had my order ready in 8 minutes I was surprised (faster than McDonalds). When I got home I saw why they were so fast: my wings were really dry, and hard, they barely had any sauce, they felt old like they were just laying there for a few days. Fries and veggies were the best thing.

I don’t order from this place due to a first bad experience. My wings were gross and not the flavor I ordered. Yet, they are closest to me than the other location so when I had ordered a delivery order, it was them again. They didn’t give me the side dip I ordered, gave me ranch instead, They didn’t give me mixed veggies, gave me all carrots, a drink with no straw and they left the food at my door without notification it arrived. I didn’t get my food until it was cold. So I literally called them 10 times and no answer. such HORRIBLE service this location is. East main is much better, friendlier and you get what you order. Management sucks here, they do not make the moment right for their customers.

After a long 7/8 hour drive all we wanted was some food, we decided on Wingstop since i’ve never had it before and boy I was thoroughly disappointed, barely any sauce, either bland or WAY over salted. Only good thing was the fries, we still decided to take our leftovers as it’s what we had paid for. My boyfriend had his leftovers and just had to puke because they made him feel so unwell. At least the customer service from the ladies was awesome!

This past Sunday, I went to make an order to bring home to my family. When my name was taken for my order, it was recorded as something vulgar. Which I assumed to be a joke by the staff there which was very unkind and not very nice. I corrected them and told them what my name was. When my order was brought to the front counter that incorrect vulgar name was repeated three times, again for fun. Once I corrected them about my proper name again the young lady delivering the food, dropped my bag on the counter, turned around and walked away.
As I was leaving the restaurant, I then got into a confrontation with one of the parents of one of the employees. This was very tense and uncomfortable.
I will never go to this restaurant ever again. And I’m not talking about just this restaurant. I’m talking about Wingstop in its entirety. This was as bad an experience that I’ve ever had in a restaurant in my entire life. Overpriced mediocre food isn’t worth this kind of treatment.

I ordered the Meal for 2 deal… the fries were good, but I was very disappointed in the wings. They were very small pieces and barely had chicken – mainly was a hard crust. Not worth it.
