Had a lasagna, it was pretty good. Also wanted a mushroom slice, cancelled it right away when I saw the price. Ahahah 7.99 for a mushroom slice, are those truffles imported from Italy yesterday? And mozzarella flown from Italy in a first class? Not even in manhattan do they charge those prices for a slice of pizza, damn.

Came here for 2 slices of pizza with my husband and everything was fine up until checkout. I’m waiting in line and MANAGER GLORIA PALACIOS came up with 2 pizzas she goes Hawaiian ? And she looked at me so I assumed it was mine and I go to reach and she goes did you order two Hawaiian? And I go no so then she was like then why are you reaching to grab it ? And I go well I ordered one Hawaiian and one pepperoni and you’re holding two boxes. She rolled her eyes and walked away. If you don’t want / can handle a manager roll don’t take it. They need to retrain her in customer service. I work in customer service which is why I try to be as nice and respectful. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

Overpriced and not fresh. I had ordered a plate of spaghetti meatballs and another plate of mariana sauce pasta with one chicken parmesan. As a drink I’ve bought a Coca-Cola and a water bottle. Costed us 41 dollars! Even Burger King would have been two times cheaper. Unfortunately, the food itself was also not fresh. The food was nearly cold, and the mariana sauce tasted sour, basically, it wasn’t fresh. Overall, it’s not a good Sbarro location, and would recommend going somewhere else to get food in the mall.

It’s probably cheaper to buy a frozen pizza then get two slices and a drink from here. Pizza used to be delicious then it went down hill. No organization between getting a slice and those ordering the other items.Pizza can be a hit or miss at times. The need to not have pre-made dough for every pie. They used to have fresh pizza dough and it was great. There is a reason they never have a big line like the other places.

The staff were very disorganized and did not keep a professional working environment. Due to lack of communication between themselves, as I stood there they passed off the pizza I had been waiting for for over 20 minutes (there was a 15 minute wait time) to another customer right in front of me. In the moment I didn’t think much since I assumes they knew what they were doing more than I. So of course I had to wait for them to make another pizza again. Additionally when I would ask for updates on the pizza the staff would simply ignore me and give me no answer and continue with other customers until they finally felt like answering minutes after. She offered me some free items for the mistake but I felt that it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

The cashier at register 2 was rude when I asked for napkins, she got annoyed and picked 2 sheets of napkin and handed over as though I was asking for free food. When I told her that I ordered food here, she responded “I said nothing” with disdain.

Most available fast food places already tastes terrible enough, so an added deplorable customer service experience, was absolutely not appreciated on their menu. My visit here was soo horrible that I might divorce my wife if she ever suggests we eat there again! At the airport mall location they have the worst behaved young lady working the register. She cursed at us in Spanish when we couldn’t bare her miscalculations though she was cashing with a register, which caused us to eventually ask for a refund. We reported this to the manager who took no action and instead stood by while the spanish speaking girl continued to dish out poor and unacceptable service.
Must we continue to accept embarrassment and abuse in exchange for our hard earned dollars???
I think not! This nonsense has to be stopped!

Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied with the food. My sister got a pepperoni pizza and it took so long AND it was cold. I got the chicken parm with ziti and a breadsticks. It was disgusting. Service was very slow and the workers were laughing and having a good time in the back while there was a long line of customers. Don’t waste your money and time here.
