Hire these people some help! 2 people running the entire store! 1 person making the order and the other lady running drive though and the front counter. I hope they are getting paid $25 an hour at least! Do better Arbys!

The food was good and we was hungry so that’s the place we chose to stop and eat due to we like Arby’s and wanted something good for us. We went out of town to Gadsden alabama all the way from Tuscalosoa ala. And then when we got our Arby’s sandwich it looked like pink and more pink that fully cooked brown. I’ll post the picture if the roast beef. ♀️they say it was cooked all the way and that I should not be concerned about the meat bc it gets took off the heat at 140 degrees Fahrenheit so idk it should be fine. But I didn’t like the color of the meat

Food was good, BUT….
The place was nasty. The chairs are visibly very nasty and dirty. You can tell very easily that there wasn’t a deep cleaning to the restaurant in quite a while. I saw they had a health score of 90. I know why now.
Also, it’s 2019. Please don’t use rolling towel dispensers. Place needs a remodel and a deep clean.

“Noah” as his name tag read, seemed bothered to be working, annoyed to have to help me, and even more aggravated he had to bring my food out, 4 sliders and cheesesticks, that THEY had me pull up and wait for!!
Still, I even thanked him and he just walked away,seemingly too bothered to acknowledge, or much less reply to me.
Your worker clearly needs a refresher course in hospitality and to be reminded, that without paying customers, he wouldn’t have a job.
