Service is good but the food is beyond my expectation! I ordered a chicken loco bowl and it was really delicious! My husband got a soft taco. The ambiance is lovely and the staff are nice! I’ll definitely come back!

I finally had time to try this place. Inside decor and design was nice. My waiter was very helpful when I was trying to pick something to eat. He gave me choices to pick from thd most popular. Food was yummy and I will bring my family here when they are in town. So glad this place is seriously down the street from my house.

The food was excellent with very generous portions. I went for dinner on a Thursday night and ordered the Burrito California (pictured is the full size). Service was fast, and the staff were polite and friendly. I also enjoyed the salsa bar, which had a nice variety of salsas and sauces. The mixed drinks were good as well. Overall, a great experience!

If you’re reading this, go ahead and visit, you wont be disappointed. Happy Hour is ALL DAY EVERYDAY! We’re on our 5th or 6th visit and the service/food is excellent and you get your moneys worth. The grilled chicken fajita and grilled chicken taco salad is the best I’ve eaten in the Upstate in a long time. On our last visit we split the California burrito, and it was delicious as well even though I’m not a steak fan. Aside from the food being great, the service is even better. All of the waiters/waitresses we’ve had so far have been kind and attentive. I haven’t taken food photos yet, but will update this post on the next visit.

This is a great addition to the local restaurant scene! Our visit was fantastic! The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the service was spot on! The salsa bar was a nice surprise and added value to our overall experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend others check it out as well!

Third visit to La Cantina, I like my choice of food more this time. I got three street tacos (Grilled Chicken, Steak, and Pastor) on corn tortillas. I liked the Pastor taco best, steak was tough but not bad, did not like the grilled chicken the meat was tough to eat. (Shredded chicken on last visit was better) Spouse got Chicken Soup he wasn’t too hungry he enjoyed it ate all of the soup part wasn’t as big of a fan of the rice in the soup but he would eat it all if he had been more hungry. Also got a Paloma Rosa last visit was better this time not much flavor could’ve been an off day I wouldn’t hold it too then the last time I had this drink it was perfect! Atmosphere is great, place is very clean and decor is nice. Salsa bar is my favorite but wish there were spicy options salsa wise. I think mango habanero was the spiciest one I tried could be mistaking name. Wish there were slightly larger cups to put the salsa in. Service was great as well!

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We had a group of 6 and our server was phenomenal! Very sweet. Very attentive. I had the Tex-Mex Loco bowl and man it a so good! The chips and salsa were really good. My friend said her food a was excellent. All great things.
The reason for the 4 stars was because we ordered the margarita fight (which came with four samples of their house margarita and you could choose the flavor) and out of the four flavors we ordered, strawberry/ lime/ mango and raspberry, only the raspberry was decent. The other 3 flavors all tasted the same and were very overpowered with lime taste (yes, even the lime flavor).

Such a cool spot! We went at lunch and got the lunch chori pollo, Tex mex loco bowl and kids burrito with rice. All of it was amazing. The chicken in the chori pollo was so tender. The decor and atmosphere were perfect. Our 2 1/2 year old and 1 year old enjoyed themselves as well. We will definitely be back!!!
