This is more of a lesson than a review… Trying new flavors can be expensive.
I ordered the seasonal flavor “Cookie Butter.” I didn’t like it at all. I brought it back and asked for the flavor I normally get and love.
I was hoping I might get the one replaced for free. Nope. I get it. I got what I ordered. Oh well…
Now before Andy’s we were at Handel’s for my wife. Next trip, I’ll grab my treat there and forego Andy’s.

A must visit for frozen custard and concrete lovers
My ooey gooey was slightly liquidy, but I was after all there in peak summer. But was SO GOOD!
we also had stone cold and double chocolate malt without the chocolate and instead replaced with peanut butter.
If you haven’t tried it, it’s great comfort food and a treat to share or have by yourself.

This is the worst Andy’s I’ve ever been to! The kids there are incredibly rude and have such bad attitudes. I paid $4.86 for a float, and this is the only Andy’s that keeps the soda with them! When I asked for the rest of my Coca-Cola that I paid the girl at the window told me they were going to split the rest of the Coca-Cola with the car behind me! What on earth?! Also the float was flat, like for sure they used an open Coca Cola. -. Like this is the only Andys that does this!! What a shame!!!

Andy’s has the best caramel, so I love ordering their caramel sundae. The last three times I’ve gone to the Prosper location I have been disappointed because they never fill the cups more than 3/4 full. The pics they advertise always show a full cup, but I’ve yet to receive a full cup myself. Other locations are generous with the ice cream, so it’s just really throwing me off that they’re not. I pay for a large and don’t end up with a large amount.

What a creamy and delicious experience.
This was my first time at a Andy’s and it was fantastic,
I went through the drive through but it looked spacious and clean inside. Lots of parking . The young man taking my order was helpful as it was my first time and I was deciding what to try first.
We went with the Oreo and strawberry milkshake, what a great combo! And a caramel peanut custard. Supers delicious and hit all the right notes. What a treat! Thanks

The stolen brownie Sunday is great but the person on the drive thru is very rude. She hates to break it down when I asked for the bill. And was very careless handing it over. She had eye glasses. Very poor customer experience.

17 minutes to get a sub-par Concrete Bootdaddy at the walk-up window. It was melted by the time it got to me. They balked at making a fresh one (for my sick kid). Then gave me one noticeably less full than the original. Not cool.

Andy’s Prosper location disappointed me. My cup was only about 3/4th full. When I asked the staff to fill it properly, they gave unreasonable explanations, claiming that what is typically a small cup was their medium cup, and that since they had given me a larger size, they did not need to fill it completely.
I am a regular Andy’s customer at other locations and am well aware of the difference between small and medium sizes. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff attempted to mislead me. I did not receive the amount of ice cream I paid for. Also, I ordered cheesecake topping, which was not added at all.
Other Andy’s locations are much more generous with their servings, so this experience was very disappointing.

The custard is great and the service is fast. There is usually a long drive-thru lane, but it moves pretty fast. Walk up window is usually not as busy unless it’s summer.

First and last time coming to this location..the young man at the window mumbled my total then charged me double, his co worker must have pointed it out to him and he asked for my card back saying he charged me wrong and I looked at my account and they charged me over $20 for the people behind me…then proceeded to charge me. I work in customer service…if I mess up I’m not going to charge you twice especially after you were charged double the first time! I asked for a receipt. I then walked up to the window and asked if I can have some form of documentation stating my card would be refunded and the manager yelled across the table from the back stating she already refunded me and it would take 3-5 business days. Um why do I feel like I’m being punished lol I have to wait 3-5 business days days to receive $26 that should’ve never been spent is crazy…and still having to pay on top of this is wild. Horrible management, horrible training.
