Nice quiet place to sit down and enjoy a good meal on a quiet Friday morning. Food selection is great and the food is fresh and tastes great! I ordered the mixed fajitas even though it was breakfast hours but it did not disappoint. Service was great too. Nice friendly waitress who checked on me regularly. I would definitely recommend trying this place out and I will stop by again for sure

Only good thing was the Mexican Coke. The rice which tased like cheese rice was good. He ordered what was supposed to be Chicken Fried Steak. Mine was Chimichanga. The steak in it was good. But the cheese sauce they call queso is tasted like nacho sauce from a can. We won’t be back.

Good variety of very freshly made flavorful Latino & American food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Nice atmosphere, awesomely decorated (much better than some of the older pictures online), and friendly staff. The music was just the right volume. 🙂
Some of the Latino food: tacos, enchiladas, fajitas, tortas, pupusas, brochetas (kebabs), tampiqueña (Mexican steak), & more.
Some of the American food: hamburgers, chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, catfish, & more.
(Wife & I had perfectly-cooked pupusas, tacos, & enchiladas. All were quite good.)

I had never been to Huntsville before, and after my grandfather’s funeral it was time to stop, stretch our legs, and get something to eat. The Taqueria Primos was the perfect spot to do so! The people treated us like family, the food was delicious (I got the beef torta and my dad got the Texans Plate, my mom the Liver and Onions), and we all left full, completely satisfied, and with a heart full of JOY! We also celebrated my father’s 50th birthday and they made it so special! We talked to them about the history of the restaurant and all the beautiful artwork, painted by one of the ladies there! All in all, 10/10 experience! If you ever visit Huntsville, stop by for some great food and amazing stories from amazing people! I’m sure to be back!

Just another trucker here passing by and HUNGRY!! It was myself and a couple and another guest so the entire place was empty which I can appreciate. I was seen quickly and had to wait maybe 15 minured or so for my food. I had the shrimp burger and 2 chicken tacos. For my shrimp LOVERS the shrimp burger is a MUST try. MY GOSH!!! Presentable, filling and temperature was just right. Sleepy time now lol

I had the fish tacos with rice and sautéed broccoli. It was super good and big portions. Not too spicy but just right. Also, had the green enchiladas with chicken. Those were good but in a scale of mild to hot these were scorching. Still loved it but if you not used to it you are going to die. Definitely cleared out the sinuses. Oh, and the fajita with beef, chicken and shrimp were excellent.

Super sweet lady and good customer service. Food has potential. The torta I ordered had good flavor, however, it was overpowered by the burnt flavor of the bolillo bread, which was hidden by guacamole. The char of the bread was so strong that when I opened the torta and removed the guac it was more than obvious that it was burnt and should have been remade. My husband ordered an egg plate which came with a fried tortilla. The egg was fine but the fried tortilla had that old oil flavor.

Went on a Monday night to their Hitching Post Mexican Restaurant around 5:30pm. Food was cold and had no taste (Combo Plate). Salsa tasted like warm watery tomato soup with no taste. Paid $35.98 for the combo plate, fajita, an ice tea and a water. We are truck drivers so parked our truck here.
Later on went in the TA around 7:20pm to use the restroom. One set of doors were locked, had to go around. The door cearly says “Doors To Remain Unlocked During Business Hours,” ever heard of The Who Concert? Restrooms are closed, no reason given why. Have to go back to this restaurant to use the facilities. Well! That was a treat! Women’s restroom was disgusting! No paper towels, too lazy to put the toilet paper in dispensers, and no soap. Imagine what their kitchen looks like if they care this little about the cleanliness of their public bathroom? Obviously from the pictures they live in this filth as well. On the other side of a blanket, that hangs from the ceiling, used as a divider. Unless you are desperate to park your truck, do not stop here!
