Terrible experience from start to finish. The older man who works the register, who I later found out is the owner, was extremely rude and mean for no reason. There was zero customer service or basic respect.
They made my order wrong, and when I politely told him the order was incorrect, instead of fixing their mistake, he tried to make me pay for a whole new order. That alone was unacceptable.
When I finally received the food, it was completely overcooked and tasted horrible. On top of that, the female cook had a serious attitude while preparing my food. After the issue at the register, it honestly felt like my food was intentionally overcooked. I had to ask for it to be remade, which should never be an issue when the kitchen is clearly at fault.
Overall, the customer service is horrible, the staff is rude, and the food quality does not match the prices. They are more concerned about overpriced profit than great customer service. It is extremely overpriced for what you get. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values decent service and properly prepared food.

Got a order online. All the food was over cooked by a long run and was just tossed in the bag. Owner took no accountability for over cooked steak and bagel overly toasted. Home fries where thrown in the bag. Honestly worse experience I had here to date. They really need to work on customer service and attention to orders. Food was ruined and inedible

The store was crowded with people, and the strong smell of burnt oil was off-putting enough that I decided not to order any food. The cream cheese hills behind the fridge window appeared old and unappetizing. I ended up ordering a plain bagel, which seemed to surprise the staff. Unfortunately, the bagel was stale and tough, and they didn’t offer to warm it up. Even after eating just the plain bagel, I felt unwell.

It was a first time here for me and my mom we ordered -jalapeño bagel and jalapeño cream cheese and jersey belly buster sandwich on a hero- and hot chocolate it was pretty good!

Highly do not recommend this place. I work in food service myself and most of the time I will not write bad reviews because I know sometimes stuff happens despite us trying our best. This is mainly for the owners to look into. For starters read up on the new laws that went into effect for single use containers. We all had to adjust to comply as should you. Secondly as a customer no one wants to open up their food to find a soggy barely warm wet packaging and food. It’s disgusting. The paper plate was completely soggy and the utensils and condiments were drenched in water from the condensation. The hash browns that you put in a bag then wrap in foil were stuck together greasy and wet. Please do your research! Test out packaging styles. Ask for feedback. On top of unpleasant customer experience you always just threw your paper cost down the toilet in unnecessary packaging materials that also was the cause of a bad customer experience.

This place is awesome. Owner very friendly. They use Boars Head lunch meats. Coffee choices, hazelnut, French vanilla, regular with different creamers or milk. Highly recommend give them a try.
