I placed a pick up order. It was done on time, which I really appreciated. However, when we picked up the pizzas, they were completely a mess. The cheese was melted just enough, but it was sliding off of the pizza. The presentation was awful, and I was shocked because I’ve never had a problem with this restaurant. I had to put the pizzas in the oven to try and get the cheese to stick to the pizza. I hope this was a fluke, because we usually choose this restaurant as our go-to for Italian take out.

Best food I’ve had in south jersey. 10/10 highly recommend. Buffalo chicken pizza 10/10. Hawaiian pizza 10/10 cheesesteak hoagie was thee best I’ve had in years. Steak fries 10/10 perfectly cooked and seasoned. Waiting to eat this crazy burger now so excited. Thank you !!!!!

Only ordered here a couple times because I dont eat out much but both times it was great! The prosciutto sandwich is amazing, so simple yet so delicious. The fries actually come out crispy.. Vanessa(im assuming) is kind and I love the NY(I think) accent.. what more could you ask for

To the Owner:
If negative stars were possible, this establishment would earn –1000. I ordered a cheesesteak sub, and it arrived missing the essential toppings — no lettuce, tomato, or onion.
When I called to bring this to your attention, the woman who answered was shockingly rude. Whether the issue came from your end or the Uber Eats app, the level of disrespect I experienced was unacceptable.
Uber Eats immediately refunded me after I provided proof, but the attitude and lack of professionalism from your staff left a far worse impression than the order mistake itself.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern — rudeness toward customers and delivery drivers alike. That is no way to run a business.
Having spent years working in the food service industry at PHL Airport, I know what professionalism and basic courtesy look like. This experience reflected neither.
Attached is a photo of the so-called sub sandwich: mushy, cold meat with cheese, vinegar, oil, and mayo on a toasted, stale roll. Absolutely unacceptable.
Do better.

Had dinner here once and even ordered takeout for a party they were able to accommodate my last-minute changes and my dietary restrictions with ease. They are both a hard-working couple who focuses on good delivery customer service and great food.!

I normally observe restaurants while waiting for customers’ orders, that way I can spread the word of how great the restaurant is…but Omgee…the older lady & gentleman need to retire, if customers make them agitated. They are Sooooo RUDE. I will not spread a good review about this place at all. You can’t sit if you’re waiting to deliver THEIR restaurant food that puts money in their pocket. They are rude and will tell you that they don’t care…newsflash they are nice people in this world. Be nice to those who are nice to you. They are RUDE. The other customer called the BBB on them too. Idk how that worked out.

I ordered take out got the chicken parm, a little dry, burnt on the edges and the sauce tasted like it came from a can. My friend got the vodka cavetelli pasta and it wash swimming in the sauce, was supposed be cooked with prosciutto but none that I could see. The blush was more red than blush and the taste was like the chicken.parm bland and from a can . Stick to the sandwiches in my opinion. But that’s just me

Follow the rules and you won’t have a problem I’m speaking to dashers and other food services please respect the rules of the owners they are good people!!!! Respect them.
I also saw a lot of people complaining because they cannot sit down as a Dasher in the restaurant you sit all day long in your car driving to and fro there’s no reason you need to sit and take up space in the restaurant be respectful to these people they work hard!!!!!!!!!!! ‼️
