Table service seems haphazard. There is a sign at the front door stating seat your self. There are some 2 top tables along the side wall. There are 10 picnic tables that might seat 8. I sat alone at a picnic table and thought others might join me. When a server noticed me my order was promptly filled. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries. The pork was dry and there is no sauce available at any table. The fries are terrific. Next time I’ll sit at the bar and hope for a better experience.

This place is great. Played open mic here. The food is excellent, the crowd is awesome. The butcher shop is excellent as well. Service is always great. There’s really no down sides to this place. I’ve been there numerous times to eat, get meat, and play music. All my experiences at top notch. The new manager is great as well.

Tejas Meat Supply is such a great spot! The sandwiches are amazing, and the atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. The brisket sandwich and the Cuban are both absolute favorites for our staff over at Blushing Belle — we seriously can’t get enough of them! Such a gem in Georgetown. Highly recommend!

The brisket was thin boiled meat that was probably a day old. The burgers were pre-formed patties that were burger king quality. They put the wrong sauce on the burger. The food came out in under 10
minutes which means it was pre-cooked and waiting. The chips were burnt and the queso was average (at best) and the salsa was a can of tomatoes poured into a bowl. I tried to get rye instead of bourbon in my old fashioned and was told there would be a $30 upcharge. I ordered a beer instead and the bartender helped himself to my change that was due. Fries were good. Would have expected MUCH more from a place called “meat supply”. They were priced for quality but delivered extreme dissapointment. I will never come here again.

Burger was cooked incorrectly and tasted like salt, charged $3 as an upcharge for coleslaw instead of fries when coleslaw itself is $3 a la carte on the menu (also wasn’t told about an upcharge when ordering), and the pulled pork sandwich was greasy and forgetable. Felt like fast food preparation with high-end gastropub pricing. Service was fine, but minimal with counter service model. Not worth the money. We were very disappointed.

The atmosphere here is astounding. Tyler and Chelsea are extremely attentive and giving exceptional service. Hungry? The chips and salsa is a great starter! And for my pickle lovers out there have no fear, the Dill with it is delicious and refreshing. Definitely recommend stopping by and asking for these two you won’t be disappointed! Will be returning for more.

A great place for a cool beer and lunch after a hot morning exploring the shops and market. The staff were friendly and the service was great. A nice range of beers on tap and bottled. We can recommend their sandwiches too.
2 TV options for watching sport that weren’t intrusive on us chatting. On the day (Saturday afternoon) we went, there was some live music (guitarist) which gave the place a great vibe.

Love the food! I got a Hot nashville Chicken Sandwhich. I glad it come with a wedge of a pickle. If you order a water as your drink, you have to serve it yourself, but the water jug was always full and ice cold. Many tvs around the tables to watch any games.
