Just had the BEST turkey bacon Swiss sub I’ve ever had!! Probably the best cold sandwich I’ve ever had… I am NOT kidding! This tastes so amazing and all the ingredients were perfectly fresh and flavorful! I had written off Amatos a while back as I had a bad hot sub experience, but I was at the place already for gas and needed food.. I am going back here again soon and often for this gem! Even if it comes close most of the time.. it will still be my favorite sub u. The Seacoast!

Super grinders really get on down to Amsto’s. They have a deal going right now . Original Italian Grinder ,a bag of chips and large soda for I believe $8.99 I really love their Italian. But I recently tried their Sausage Parmesan. with green peppers and onions, delicious. There sauce and those large sausage links so trully yummy. We always stop when we’re traveling. Really a comfort food.

Never expected it. Plenty of choices. Restaurant or premade meals. I got the turkey dinner $10.99. Just heat it up in the microwave. Turkey, smashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables and stuffing. Need more places like this. To much fast food out there. Thx.

We ordered a veggie wrap and a meatball sub with peppers and onions 2/25/2025. Now we are both sick.By 4am this morning we both had woken up out of our sleep to puke. I ate Amatos in Auburn the exact same order and it didn’t make us sick. We are omad eaters so I know that this location served us bad food. I’m scared to eat here again. On top of it all I still have 5 hours left on my shift and I don’t think I’m going to make it!!!!

The food is great. It is a gas station, so the eating area is very limited. Staff is friendly, however, some seem oblivious of customers eating in the small lounge, because two employees, one was end of shift I assumed, stopped in front of the drink dispenser talking about their IRL money and life situations. The awareness of customers at their workplace was ZERO. Even stepping out into the truckstop/convenience store environment, they kept their conversation going like they were in their livingroom. It wasn’t quiet, which is why I write this. I just wanted to enjoy my tasty sub, which it was.
