Ordered a sofritas bowl with salsas and toppings. I received a bean and rice bowl with a splash of corn. Bowl wasn’t even halfway filled. Ordered online and received a $2 credit for a $20 bowl. Highly recommend avoiding this location. My entire office is laughing at how bad this order was and are looking for another option as I type this.

11 W Washington St. Ordered online for pick up. Pick up time passed. Asked for my order. They said no one by my name had an order ready there. I tried 4 times to stop the transaction in the Chipotle app. The AI chat bot blocked any attempt to request a refund. Will not return. I love Mexican food, but it’s time to start making my own. Cheaper, safe from cross contamination, and made by me.

Whoever was working the night shift today was extremely rude. I’ve never had any issues at this location before everyone’s always been so nice. This was my first time seeing the girl and guy with glasses who were working tonight. I’ve seen other employees before, but not them.
I usually get extra cheese on my veggie bowl and it’s never been a problem. I told the girl that I wanted two to three handfuls but not a full hand full of cheese, which isn’t that much. she kept getting small amounts. So, I had to keep asking for more. That’s why I said “a handful,” so it would be easier.
I’m not sure if she was trying to be funny or not, but she kept adding tiny amounts, like very small. I just let it go and didn’t say anything. But while she was doing that, she was also looking at the other worker and making faces, which was unprofessional.
Then when I got to the register, the guy said, “Next time they ask for extra cheese, tell them no.” That was unnecessary, especially since it’s not like she gave me a ton of cheese — and there was plenty left in the container. If she had just given me two half handfuls, it wouldn’t have been an issue at all.
Every other time I’ve come, it’s been perfectly fine when I ask for extra cheese. It’s not like I’m filling my whole bowl with it. I don’t even get meat in my bowl, so I really don’t understand the problem. The whole time she was making faces and being rude I was quiet. I only said something at the end when he said next time tell them no. It makes me uncomfortable and when stuff like this happens or when the person is making faces with the other employee. Mind you everyone else is always nice and it’s always different people I see. A manger for sure needs to have a talk with them. Maybe they were having a bad day but don’t take that out on me especially when I’m spending money.

If I could leave a 0 I would. My experience was completely unacceptable. There was a homeless man asking for change outside but I didn’t have any cash so I offered to buy him food. When we walked in together instead of the employee in the front assisting me she went straight to the back. The employee later comes out to say “we don’t allow soliciting so we can’t serve you”. I let them know I offered to buy him food and they refused to assist. Stating in the past they have assisted homeless people and they were rude to them and did not pickup after themselves. Thankfully the person I was helping was super understanding sweet and patient. It was clear he was not going to be a disturbance to the establishment. He just wanted something to eat and apparently to these chipotle employees he is not deserving of a meal. I will not be going back and would advise to everyone to stop supporting them.

I feel bad for most the employees here, they were clearly understaffed and over worked. My bf and I went to get lunch before a suns came and you can tell the place just got hit hard and maybe they weren’t planning on it. I would’ve let everything slide until we got to the cash register and felt with Angel. He was rude and had poor customer service skills. We ordered a salad, got to the end and I asked for the dressing and he asked if I wanted anything else so I said dressing and he was like anything else? And I said the dressing and he said he got that. So then we paid and he said we were done and I stood there and asked for the dressing and then he looked and said “we’re out” and I just stared at him. And then he said let me check the back and came back said there’s no dressing. And I was like okay well I don’t want the salad then… we asked for a refund and he wouldn’t give it to us without keeping the salad… then he said “I don’t know why you want a refund.” The place just definitely needs more staff to help the ones who are clearly too busy to take care of the store and then a better cashier who understand that if you don’t have the full product but you already charged the customer, you should refund them and let them keep it. And maybe a better store manager who plans rushs a little better. Awful experience

Clean space and good food, but just as every chipotle i ever go to, the customer service is bland. No one ever greets you with a smile or even seems happy to be there. It’s a little off putting but that’s why I try to just hurry to get in and out.

I ordered two chicken tacos, after the foodline worker assembled by tacos and I saw how each taco had no more than 5 pieces of cubed chicken, and didn’t even fill half of the small tortilla up, I spoke up and asked if I could please get more chicken, the employee said if he gives me anymore he’ll have to charge me and I said I think that’s ridiculous especially considering there is a viral video the actual owner made and said paterons can ask for a little more if we feel it’s fair and I did so then was denied and told it would be an extra cost. The tacos were already made at this point and I applied a reward for free chips and guac so I got that but I was so upset with the lack of customer service and understanding I asked to speak to the manager thinking he’d agree and want to help make the customer feel validated, instead he argued that the portion was recently cut so that’s all I could get unless I paid extra. I was so hungry but it was a principal issue for me so I requested a refund and the manager very rudely ignored everything I said, cut me off and asked how I made then told me to tap my phone and walked off without even acknowledging the refund transaction, I had to ask another employee who wasn’t even involved- for my refund receipt. I didn’t have any prior issues coming to this Chipotle location until today and now I don’t intend ever returning. The managers name is Aryan- maybe Arian. He was completely lacking customer service and should be re-trained and focus on F&B hospitality and not compliance control.

Great restaurant at a great location.
When I was in downtown, I stopped here for lunch and it was worth it. I got the limited time brisket and it was great. The portion of meat, rice, beans and sour cream in my bowl was great. It was a lot of food and it was worth the few dollars extra for the brisket upgrade.
The food was really good and very flavorful.

Strangely this Chipotle is dirty. Dirty tables, dirty restroom. No paper in restroom to dry hands. Dispenser was empty. Moody girl making the food. Barely gave me steak. Is this the beginning of the decay of Chipotle?

I’m going to report this location and chipotle to the Better Business Bureau at this point they do not appreciate there customers at all there very disrespectful and Vindictive!! I went in for a salad and revived nothing but nasty attitude! A worse food ! Kalib is an awful person whom is rude and condescending with filthy finger nails he is extremely disrespectful to the Ethnic workers and is extremely comfortable with being rude to fellow employees! He did this in front of my face from what I understand he is a lead not a manager an even if he was a manager you don’t speak to people like your God I will never spend another penny with this brand specifically because of him ! Get it together Chipotle!
