I placed an online order. When I picked up my food, went to get my drink and they were out of ice. I asked for ice and was told “it must be out”. No one wants to drink hot sweet tea!!! Do better!

The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Called to see if online order went through and woman answered with a hello like I had just woken her up from her nap. She proceeded to just keep saying it’s ready when it’s delivery and said we don’t deliver and then hung up. The woman was rude beyond belief. I understand having a bad day but that was pure not giving a crap. If you can’t have manners then you shouldn’t work in customer service.

Online and door says open till 10. Open sign is on but the young boys that are working here have the door locked. It’s 9:30. Usually rude customer service anyways but this was bs.

Pulled up at 9:28 (on a Byrnes football game night) when the store doesn’t close until 10 and the open sign is still on. The door is locked and the boys working the counter are just looking at us like we’re stupid and shrugging. No sign on the door saying they’re closing early or anything. We pointed that the open sign was on and said it says you’re still open and they still just stared at us. This was our go-to Subway because the one in Lyman sucks, so I’m sad this one sucks too.

I went in yesterday and WOW. It had to have been 95 degrees inside. I asked one of the employees and they said the AC has been broke for weeks. They were sweating (which could end up in the food), there were so many flies and even the vegetables looked wilted and not appealing. I feel sorry for the employees first and foremost and I will not frequent this establishment again. Zero stars isn’t an option unfortunately.

Absolutely the best Subway around! My subs are ALWAYS perfect. I order online so I’m not present while they are being made. However, I have NEVER been disappointed with anything I’ve purchased there. The employees are respectful and courteous.

we bought 6 subs at this sub way and was highly disappointed in all of them. each sandwich did not even have 3.oz of meat on them and all of them were cold cuts. I’ll never eat there again..it was disappointing to take them to a church lunching which is where they were going

It’s a subway and I know they have some dedicated fans but in my experience all the locations either aren’t open when they say they are on the posted time. The food is lagging behind just about every other sub place and the amount of meat they give you equals a joke compared to again just about every sub place out there.
I see they are appearing to be on a downward financial trend and appear to be the next franchise that might go under…we would all be so lucky and I can hardly wait because it’s not that I hate subway but more like subway gives me 100 reasons to hate them.

Workers that shift had no good customer service on Sunday noon shift and shocking the lady making our sandwich was just coughing all over the sandwich and food in pans and still tried to sell us the sandwich like nothing was wrong she said it was a smoker cough like that was a good excuse to cough on our food smh .. disgusting workplace to eat at and also check the fountain drink dispensers last time I saw mold and Caucasian dude in the back had no care in the world that his co worker was sick and being rude to clients. They are horrible on answering phone even when their was no one to serve would not recommend to eat here please save your money!!!! You been warned
