I paid for a bowl. The bowl is supposed to be the cheapest option, right? Because you’re only getting 1 entree and 1 side. Except despite being the cheapest option, I still paid close to $10 for it. Now they say beggars can’t be choosers, but $10 for this small amount of food? Keep in mind, there’s a Chipotle right next door that, for the same prices, will give me 2 to 2.5x the food for the same price. This just feels like a ploy from Panda Express to make you get the Plate option instead, because why not, it’s only a $1 to 2 more. Regardless, it just feels scummy to do. If you have an absolute need for Chinese food, then go to a different Chinese spot. If not, then just go to the Chipotle right next door.

Placed a carryout order though the app. I have to go inside the restaurant to picked it up rather than having a designated parking or drive through like other restaurants. They couldn’t find the order. Rather than taking care of my order that was paid they keep attending the people who walked in to eat at the restaurant.

Rice – Didn’t taste like Chinese rice
Beef and Broccoli – Only had broccoli I barely found the beef
Sesame Chicken – was really good
Orange Chicken – It’s okay but doesn’t have the orange flavor like other Chinese restaurants. I wish the service and the quality of the food could improve.

This is the first time I’ve had a problem with my order, and instead of the manager, Astrid, being helpful, she was rude and even a little confrontational. She eventually replaced my order, but only after seeing how upset I was. I pay for good food and service, not to have to argue about my order.

Just did pick up order at the landstar location. Didn’t realize until I got home they that they are robbing the customers. I ordered 3 separate orders all noodles but didn’t realize until I got home the noodles had more cabbage than noodles. They are cheating the customers big time here my kids couldn’t eat the lo mein had more than half of it was all cabbage and a few pieces of meat in each bowl never again will I got back here. High price less food seems to be the norm.

Please avoid this location for pickups.
This past Saturday i ordered pick up at 2.45PM through online app.
Arrived on location at around 2.50PM.
About 8 people in line. I walk over pickup area, order isnt there.
I wait until around 3PM before I reach out to staff member and explained i had a 2.45 order, they asked my name and proceed to do it, BUT stopped in the middle to attend to in store customers again.
I ask again after they are done with said customers, she starts the order again and STOPS yet again.
I ask for a refund at this point at 3.10PM when even people that were at the end of the line when i arrived have been cared for, thats when the staff member finishes my order and gives it to me. I walk out the store at 3.15PM, 30MINS after my pick up time and after reaching out 3 times for the food.
Plus when i finally check the food, the “beef and broccoli” portion is 3 or so broccoli with 1 tiny piece of beef.
I called to speak with a manager who apologized but at the end no solution was provided and ended with im sorry thats companys policy.
