This location stole my order and failed to return my payment for my order. They marked it as delivered and didnt. I reported yall to FBI so you xan do cybersxams all you want you will get caught.
They did not answer the phone whwn I called over 10 times and the following day same thing; no answer.
They still didnt send my money back or contact me to resolve because they are thieves. (9/18/2025)
Update ! (9/30/2025)
This location did not steal my pizza! My order was returned as my order was unable to be delivered and they were able to reach me today and we resolved this in the most professional way.
I appreciate good business and people who truly care for the customers happiness.
Thank you for helping to resolve this and to all you looking for great customer service I do recommend thos location.

Ladies and gentlemen do not order from here. I ordered a Hawaii pizza and instead of telling me they don’t have tomato sauce. They sent me a pizza with full barbecue sauce as this sauce they don’t even know if you might be allergic to something and just taking it upon themselves to put barbecue sauce as the whole sauce do not order from here they will never get money in life again, you have been warned and when you try to call them, they’re not answering the phone to rectify this situation. Does not even deserve one star! Shut them down

The gentleman at the register who took my order was very nice and helpful. He was very busy but he still took the time to answer my question about price. The only thing that was disappointing was the chicken wings I ordered, they were burnt. They taste good but we’re still burnt. Luckily I happen to like burnt food lol but still burnt. Was very surprised when I opened the box.

Update: what is even crazier, I just tried to order from this Papa John’s again. (Thought I’d give everyone a second chance). The exact same thing has happened. The system is “down” Mohammed from corporate called me, and that my order was cancelled. Oh, and let’s not forget, my money was exchanged for the transaction, but now I have to wait on a refund. How has this place not closed?

The delivery drivers are putting that the ordered is delivered when it’s not. What is the point of tracking my order if it’s not even accurate? I had to call the store several times and then even called corporate because it’s ridiculous how long it took to give me clarity about my order. By the time it gets to me it’s cold and I’m missing my ice tea I ordered. Never again. This place needs to be shut down.

This location deserves no stars but it only allows 1 star rating minimum. I placed an order around 11pm on a Monday night through the Papa Johns app. The company accepted my order & the app stated it was going to be a 30min wait. After 1 hr I finally received the notification notifying me my order was on its way. The app notified me again that my order had been delivered. I looked outside but there was no pizza or driver there. I waited 2 hrs in total for my order to arrive that never did. I did not receive any calls from the driver, nothing. I ended up trying to call the store to see what was going on. The machine picked up stating the location was closed. If that was the case then they should have notified me to let me know they were closing instead of accepting my order!! Very poor service!! NEVER AGAIN!!
