Came here tonight on our way home from the airport. We both ordered a large, portions are huge! Our server was very sweet and attentive. Everything was very fresh & flavorful, this will be our new go to on our trips back home from Denver.

There are many pho shops here in town. However, this one tops the first 2 on my entire list and I’ve been through 30 of them here in Colorado. It’s a very beautiful restaurant. It has a long standing of history. And the food is absolutely amazing. I won’t even go to Castle Rock itself. I’d rather go to the one in castle. Pines, that’s where the are. I would highly recommend the grilled beef spring rolls, their pad ti, their low main combination plate, and they’re foe, all of it absolutely beautifully done. And authentic to its very core. The owners are gracious and grateful and with. Thank you for being there too Em. She’s fast

15/15 overall best pho i’ve been to!! The atmosphere was impeccable! There was a great family atmosphere considering i came here with my parents straight after softball practice it was nice to have a good warm meal with people who made you feel like family. The food was also insanely good, i had a small Chicken pho and let me tell you the broth was delicious and the chicken was so juicy from being in the broth! i would 100% recommend if you’re feeling like a nice and warm home cooked meal.

The service is excellent and the atmosphere is quite nice. A little noise from the dance studio but not until the end of the meal. Enjoyed my orange chicken and the fried rice with egg is excellent. It was so soft. If I’m in the area visiting the library there’s a good chance I’ll be back.

Service was fantastic, the fellow was attentive and food cake quickly. It was all delicious and reasonably priced. My friend had Pho and I had the vermicelli bowl, both were great and the portions large enough to satisfy us for lunch.

One of the best Pho places! I love their broth, very flavorful and not too salty. The combo 17 is great if you like all the good stuffs in the pho from slices, tendon, tripe to meatballs. Thai tea is wonderful too.

We recently moved to the area and wanted to find a new pho spot and I’m SOO happy we found this place, everyone is so welcoming and the food is always amazing! We’ve had Victoria and I didn’t catch the guys name but they both are so sweet and attentive! If you haven’t eaten here I would 10/10 recommend.

I love pho and this place has very tasty pho. I have been enjoying pho since I was a teenager and theirs is really really good. The broth has such a delicious flavor. The meat was tender and flavorful and nice cuts. And even the noodles were really good, sometimes that can be lackluster because they are very plain but not here. Even just the noodles were impressive. Sadly they are understaffed. So the server was the only one working in the front of house. I feel bad because we ordered a lot of stuff but hopefully I tipped well enough to make up for it. Haha. Everything was delicious. Sadly they were out of boba but the drinks were still good even without the best part lol. I got lychee, so delish. Overall I would recommend this to any fans of pho. It is the best in the area I have found. I will definitely be back. And if you are looking for a job maybe you should apply! ♡

The restaurant had a few tables with customers and only one waitress – but she did a fabulous job of taking care of us, making sure our drinks were always filled. The restaurant was warm and lit up – making it a nice meal.
We ordered the Spring Rolls and Salt and Pepper Wings – these have never disappointed us. We usually have the pho but decided for something a bit different. For dinner we had the Combo Pad Thai and Chicken Pud Noodles. The menu did say spicy, and it did not disappoint. They both had much more heat than most places, making them even more delicious.
Unfortunately, no beer or alcohol served but the food and service did not disappoint.
I was able to take the Chicken Pud Noodles home and have them for lunch – they were even better!

We really want this place to be good, but it keeps letting us down. Long waits for take out orders every time. It’s like they don’t start preparing anything until you arrive and that is when the you get to sit there for 30 minutes or longer wondering if anything is happening. I just got the rare beef and tendon pho and the tendon was some kind of manufactured tube of who knows what cut into slices. We are all about supporting local businesses, but this place is off our list.
