Im very torn on this, because food and service were fine… but I searched for a drive thru and this popped up. As it doesnt have a drive thru, it basically missed the 1 thing that I asked for and it said it had.

I ordered food through the Panda Express app. The food never arrived. The restaurant blamed DoorDash and DoorDash blamed Panda Express, though I did not know in the app that it would be DoorDash delivering. Both said that they could not issue a return without escalating to their “management” which would take at least one business day. Meanwhile I am out the money and the food. Note the “picture” from the driver, who never responded to calls.

March 2022: Had a nice lunch. $13.95. Kung Pao chicken and sesame chicken with fried rice and a chicken egg roll. It was a chicken day. Decent, nothing spectacular. I was hungry and in the area. So… I’d say a 3 star at beat. Staff was nice today. Good place to go if you are really hungry.

I rarely go to Panda or any food place take out. I go to this panda once a year. I use their food app for rewards and saw that I had a free small entree reward available. I notice that there were a lot of options – more than the other Panda closer to my home. I ordered a to go plate with my free entree . I got their new spicy orange chicken, spicy beef dish , honey sesame chicken, and noodles as my side. It was enough for three meals – last night and today. Three meals for $10 is a steal and filled me up well. You can only use one reward at a time. I still think I got my money’s worth. The food was delicious. I had to boost the flavor on my noodles with some spicy hot sauce & lemon juice yet everything else was seasoned well. The place was clean and the service was great. I wanted to order their spicy seasonal shrimp entree – their best entree – but it wasn’t available. This is the best Panda Express in the area to me since service here is the most efficient and I hardly wait in lines here.

I came in and the line was mostly empty, I saw people sitting and waiting while the employee packaged a massive order of food, when she halfway finished it she stopped and proceeded to ring up the people who where waiting for their food, at this point I’ve been waiting for 10 min, then she proceeds to pack the other half of the order and check out those customers before taking my order after 17 min of waiting

The worst “ chinese food”. Bland and flavorless. Won’t ever spend money here again. Received full refund because it was so too terrible. Very small portion size for price! GO ELSEWHERE.

Love panda. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss here. Some days the rice is plain, other days it’s perfect. Same with food. Some days it’s feels like it’s been sitting there for a few hours ,other days it’s fresh but I mean you can always ask for it fresh if you dont kind the wait. They have no problems doing fresh. Their service is always good too.
