I go to this huddle house at least 3 times a week always no issues. This time I called in my order as I always do I arrived picked it up and it was one order short. so I said me and my wife will just share this one so I paid them for both plates and also left a.nice tip because I understand things happen. when I got to my car I handed my wife the bag and she noticed what appeared to be chicken poop on the bag. I said what is that… I took it back inside and showed the employees who agreed it looked like chicken poop. they asked if I wanted a different bag I looked at them and said no I want a refund. remember I left them like a $5.00 tip and also paid for 2 plates when all I got was one. The cashier handed me back my $20 as I was walking out the other person behind the counter asked if they could get the change back from the $20 I originally gave them because that was the tip I left. Unbelievable… I will never go there again. they just lost a great customer and I will definitely be spreading the word…

Took forever to get food. They had more workers than customers. Completely left out 2 orders of blueberry donut holes that are advertised on the table which is the first thing we ordered. Never got our drinks refilled. Nobody was friendly. It’s a shame because it’s the only game in town and they could be killing it in tips with good, hot food and friendly service. None of which they have ☹️

Our service was TERRIBLE. When we walked in, the servers around the restaurant looked us straight in the eyes, did not acknowledge our presence. We seated ourselves, and it took quite some time for someone to approach us. When approached, it was not with a greeting but with a “What do you want to drink?”. I had to get up to ask for both a refill, and for silverware. One person in our party never got her drink refilled. When the food arrived, one of us (there were only 3 of us) asked for 2 eggs over easy, bacon, and hash browns. The bacon arrived on TOP of the hash browns. When paying, the server (not our server) took the payment and slammed the card down on the counter and simply said, “Sign”. Needless to say, we walked out very unsatisfied customers. The food was ok, though.

Have eaten at other Huddle House locations nearby and our experience here was top notch. Others could learn alot from this one. The service was good and the food even better. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it was a little too warm. Not sure if the a/c was broken or what?

This place will never be worth a visit. I get told by others that it has gotten better, so I give it another chance, and it is never any better. Management changes every other month it seems, the service is terrible. It took an hour to get our food when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Then we still didn’t get everything we ordered. I do not recommend going

They were understaffed – 2 employees on Christmas Eve! Out of the 4 meals ordered, only 1 was right & some items never even made it to the table. After giving up hope of getting anything and finally another employee arriving, we had our ticket fixed. Very disappointing and I am still hungry as I received no edible food. Merry Christmas!

Awful food, nasty environment, silverware and food caked up on the cooking equipment and floors, the waitress caught and attitude with us because we politely asked for silverware to eat our food with, the waitress argued with us on our orders. We waited 1 hours for a waffle and biscuits. Worst food and service I’ve ever seen! DHEC needs to check in here ASAP!

Waited 30 mins for 2 burgers and one pancake, server was beyond inattentive (I had to get up to get a refill on my own), and what appeared to be the manager was walking around in short shorts and flip flops behind the counter and helping serve food to people that came in after us and got their food first. We then waited another 25 mins for our check, AFTER we had finished eating. We were beyond unimpressed and will probably never go back as well as not recommend this place.

Generally pretty decent food & service. I feel that the cook doesn’t follow serve safe guidelines and cross contaminates, but I try to order things that I don’t have to worry about it with. I don’t like seeing them cook “baked potatoes” in the microwave right in front of me, though.
