AZU Peruvian Restaurant is an amazing spot! The food is absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavor. The anticuchos and the grilled octopus are out of this world.
Portions are generous, everything is well presented, and the overall vibe of the restaurant is welcoming and enjoyable. Definitely a place I look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

I’m in town for work and decided to stop by. I was greeted right away. Super friendly staff, restaurant is nice and clean. Was given snacks while I waited. (Not long) Mind you. Definitely recommend because the food was amazing as well.

I’m peruvian and this restaurant was traditional peruvian. The flavors, the portions, made you feel like in peru. Prices were very good. The only problem is that they are remodeling to get a larger restaurant, so there is no bathroom inside the restaurant, but it’s next door, which is no big deal. They are going to open the larger restaurant around September, and they will have a bar too. We ordered trio Marino which was ceviche, chaufa de pescado and chicharrón, and trio criollo which was aji de gallina, seco de carne and Caucau. We also had lucuma ice cream

Delicious and authentic Peruvian cuisine. They welcome you with some freshly made canchita. The service is friendly and the portions are very generous. We loved the leche de tigre, aeropuerto, and lomo saltado. We can’t wait to go back and try more dishes from the menu.

Food and services was great! It’s a small place, but they are in the middle of expanding. First time here and hoping to come back to try more dishes. Our waiter Kalet was attentive and friendly. Prices are reasonable for portion sizes.

Service was awesome! My boyfriend and I were super happy with the portion sizes. I personally thought the sauce in the fettuccine a la huancaína con lomo was so flavorful and just perfect. We are definitely coming back to try more dishes!

From the moment we stepped into AZU Peruvian Cuisine , we were enveloped in a warm, inviting atmosphere by Nicole and Andrea. The dimly lit space, adorned with Peruvian art felt both cozy and sophisticated. Our servers Nicole and Andrea, were attentive and friendly, guiding us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm. We started with the chicharrón de pollo and French fries appetizer, frozen lemonade, chicha morada and the hot sauce. For our main course, I opted for this delicious fried fish topped with shrimp, and other seafoods with this amazing sauce and rice. We also got el Lomo Saltado, Jalea de marisco, y anticucho. We finished with alfajores and coffee. The entire experience was a amazing, from the impeccable service to the beautifully prepared dishes. AZU Peruvian Cuisine is a true hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in Maryland. Gracias Nicole y Andrea.
