Nice view, decorations, and atmosphere overall. Those old reviews don’t mean much because of new staff working there. I think it’s a pretty good subway, knowing there are worse out there. Great for dining in!

So thoroughly disappointed. Showed up to pick up my online order at 3:45pm and the door was locked with a note that said, “Be back in 30 minutes.”

First of all, why is the store closed during business hours in the first place? Why did your store accept online orders if you’re going to bounce and lock the doors? Secondly, is your store manager so stingy and strapped for cash that they can’t afford to put a second employee on shift?

I’ve been sitting here in front of the store for nearly an hour now with no one in sight, and I’m unable to get a refund because there’s no one here and I ordered on the app. And I can’t get hold of an actual human with Subway customer service to get a refund either because apparently customers don’t -actually- matter.

What a damn joke.

EDIT: I just called 2 hours later hoping to speak with someone about getting a refund and no one will pick up the phone…

EDIT: Called this morning to ask for refund, still no answer. I’ve contacted my bank to dispute charges. Steer clear from this Subway!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Came around 3:35pm on 03/12/25. The employee was on her phone in a conversation, I gave her a moment to end her call but instead she continued the call. I asked her for her name and she refused to give me her name. I also ask for the manager’s name and number but she refused. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAMERAS.

Subway only deserves 2-3 stars… The wonderful employee making my sandwiches was (is) amazing: hence 4 Stars.
She works super hard during a time where customer service is a key component.
…(note to the owner): please get this this girl some sharp knives. She deserves to cut bread like the pro that she is.. (No disrespect to any male employees who work at this location,,,, I only delt with this one employee).

Never ordering here again. I ordered the Steak and Cheese. Really? Where was the meat? Looks like nothing on the photo. Amount of meat on there was a joke. You could not taste any meat. Got maybe two table spoons of it if you were lucky. Should have gone to the other Subway in Kent. At least you can see and taste the steak. As for the young lady working there she deserves the 5 stars all the way. Great service.

Sandwich was good and the employee was friendly, but after ordering the Sandwich, the employee refused to accept a valid Subway coupon stating that her manager does not allow her to accept coupons. I looked around the restaurant inside and out, but nowhere was it posted that coupons are not accepted. Getting coupons from Subway and then going to a Subway restaurant and not having them honored is very much a bait and switch.

Terrible service, older white lady was so racist toward me and my family for being ethnic. Got there and asked her for 5 sandwiches she was like “really FIVE sandwiches?” and sighed. She took almost 20 minutes to finish the sandwiches, whole time she was stingy with the food, asked for cucumbers and she only put TWO in one of the sandwiches so I asked her for more and her face expression was rude. She had my cousin write what sandwich was which even 3 of them were the same, at the end I asked her for the bathroom keys she said to wait even though my 4 year old brother was about to pee his pants. 15 minutes or so passed 3 customers later and she never gave me the key because she had to “look for it”, my little brother and I had to go somewhere else so that he could use the bathroom. I saw the rude attitude she had towards my family and I since we got there and the attitude she had towards other non-ethnic customers and it was completely opposite. Even after all the rudeness I kept saying please and thank you and even tipped her. No one should have this type of service when buying a product. This happened 12/23/2019 at 3:10pm.

Food quality was consistent with what you’d expect from Subway.

Service however, needs to be addressed.

There was a single employee doing everything.

There were three (3) orders ahead of my co-worker and I. Took us 30 mins – our entire lunch break – to be served. Not the employee’s issue, they were as good as any I’ve seen.

One potential guest behind us finally gave up & left.

At lunchtime on a weekday it is unbelievable that they would not have more than a single employee.

Management should be ashamed of themselves; and can contact me directly with any questions.

Changed to 5 Stars because the owner took the time to reply to my rating. And I think that makes up for whatever had me come with the 4 stars in the first place. It seems like in todays busy world. Customer Service has vanished and I’m constantly approached, greeted, or served with an attitude. The nicer I am and the more polite I am, only gets even worse service. And this is a trend in every city and county here…. So thank you for being wise enough to see what people are saying and how they felt about coming into your Subway.
