The staff is extremely rude and apparently lazy. The website says the lobby is open until 9pm. A sign on the door says the lobby closes at 8pm. Walked in at 7:47pm and went up to order and the cashier rudely says we’re only taking to go orders. I asked when does the lobby close and she said in 10 minutes. I said I guess we have 10 minutes. She then says rudely again the lobby’s closed. Then a bus of high school basketball players and coaches walked in and they refused to let them eat in the lobby all before 8pm. So the bus left to go to Subway. Probably lost $300 + dollars in revenue. When I asked to speak to the manager some guy walks up and was very unfriendly and unkept for a manager. Do better Auburn Dairy Queen!

This DQ is by far the best I’ve ever had, fresh fries fresh burger great people behind the counter served with a smile. An employee named Bryan was absolutely exceptional with his service and friendly welcoming attitude. I will be back and you should come try it out for yourself!

The service staff was very rude, and kept bragging about upselling in full earshot of customers. They seemed excessively bothered by asking for condiments, or taking orders.
The staff also took awhile, but I don’t completely blame them for being slow during a rush, you might just need to hire some more people.

This Dairy Queen was a trip down memory lane. The Blizzard was creamy and packed with my favorite candies. The cheeseburger was juicy, and the fries were crispy. The staff was friendly and attentive. A great spot for sweet treats and hearty meals!

I’m new in the area. But I’ve been here a few times now and everytime it exceeds my expectations. There are professional young people doing exactly what one might hope. It is an oasis out here in small-town Illinois. Very welcoming atmosphere, clean, cool and has well prepared snacks. Great Job!

I used to LOVE the DQ but it seems like they take everything that is good off the menu for 1. For 2 the customer service is awful, it’s ran by all teenagers as to be expected, but still, where r the managers telling them what for. 3rd for the price of the food there, what you get is NOT and I mean NOT worth it. The only good thing there is the ice cream. And it’s only good if that’s all your getting because if u order food they will make the ice cream first and let it melt while you wait in the drive through for an hour and then your food is not even made right or done well. I tried again tonight just because it was easy and I got a flamethrower burger and they didn’t even put lettuce or tomato and barley any flame sauce. Like common DQ 30 bucks to feed 2 people and soggy buns and not even made right like what the hell man. Not cool. Management needs to seriously take the reins and fix the quality management. The only good manager I ever saw didn’t work there very long, but she was nice and held the other employees accountable for quality and accuracy, they need someone like her again.

Great owners! I have never met an owner that cares so much about his store and his employees. He goes in and works so hard. He covers for his employees when there is no one else to cover. He doesn’t just show up and write checks. He is there almost everyday making sure his work family are doing okay. His wife is an amazing woman who also work very hard. They are doing everything they can for the store and their employees.
