I had a very bad experience coming here I’ve been coming here since they open , and I had never had a bad experience like I did this whole week . I as a construction worker that work across the street normally come to get my coffee and breakfast here and I got the worse service ever ! I will not be coming back the other dunkin down the street is better . This place needs to get shut down I witnessed a employee not sure his name but I overheard them call him Kiki and I saw him drop a bread and pick it up and serve it out , I thought that was very dirty and unsafe he needs to get fire . And he was very rude to me because I couldn’t pronounce names of the donuts I’m a Hispanic dad and sometimes is hard for me to read and he was so rude ask me if I didn’t know how to read and started to read the name very slow as if I was dumb . I can’t believe this ! Never coming back !I try talking to the store manager but he ( looks like a women ) had earbuds in and seem like she didn’t care I find this place comfortable absurd. I had ask for her name was told Dez .

I live directly behind this dunkin within a 2 minute walk and usually stop in on my way to work in the morning. As a nurse, coffee keeps me going in the morning so it’s a must have most days. Anyway my experience this morning at this location was awful. I usually mobile order for a quick in and out. The construction of the new metro keeps the morning traffic high but this morning there was only one person in the store. The Dunkin’ app has an option to quickly reorder a previous drink. I ordered a regular iced latte with toasted chocolate flavor added. My previous experience with that particular flavor wasn’t good. I had reordered by accident. I asked in store if i could have the drink remade without the added flavor. The simple question to Evelyn the cashier was escalated to a manager. Manager Kiki came over and stated no. A drink cant be remade even if it tastes bad because it was a customer error. I couldn’t believe it. I have ordered sandwiches from this store that were burnt and undercooked, a drink that tastes terrible that cant be finished which is lost money but a drink cant be remade because i the customer ordered the flavor in error. I would need to buy a new drink instead. Although i can walk out of my door and be in this store in 2 minutes i will never step foot in there again. Please save your money. Avoid them at all costs.

I had a very bad experience I came by this week , and riky was so rude to his coworkers along with me I felt so uncomfortable I heard him talk about my bottom area and I felt super uncomfortable I will not be coming back . And He was yelling at the girl who was making my food ( very nice lady evlyn) and that riky guy was talking very rude to the boy taking my order . I came back the next day and I had ask for the store manager and they had said he went out to get some products but I came back again to ask and store manager wasn’t there said they don’t know when he’ll be back and it been hours . I came early in the morning before 1pm . They need to bring back the pregnant lady she was very helpful.

They were closing in ten minutes and wanted to close earlier rushed us a lot esther was really mean and tried getting us out as soon as possible. it was terrible really and she took our order wrong and spent almost ten minutes herself very disrespectful.

I got wrong orders for the second time!!! This man in the front has taken again the wrong order, last time I ignored but this time it happened again I have ordered just Hot Latte with FRENCH VANILLA that’s set, but again he added the SWIRL MILK.

Every time I go in – it is hit or miss. This past time was the worst. I was the only one in the store. I was trying to grab a cold brew and a plain bagel before a meeting. I tipped 35% and ordered at the register. Three people trickled in after me. Two made their order at the kiosk and one made their order after me at the register. I was served last (though I was first). Though I was the only one who tipped, she didn’t remember that she had rung me up-when I pointed out she forgot the oatmilk in my cold brew (after waiting ten minutes), she asked if I “put it in” at the kiosk right. She added the oatmilk but the coffee ended up looking orange because she put in more syrup then I requested and dumped out coldbrew to add the milk. My bagel finally came out burnt, rock hard, and cold since she put it in and then served the others before me. When I tried to call customer service – BOTH – phone lines were “not taking calls at this time” and the online chatbox was not running at that time either. To leave a comment through the webpage, I had to create an account. Since I was running late due it take twice as long as it should, I could not do that. I ended up drinking orange syrup and eating half a bagel that was so hard it hurt my jaw before giving up on it. I paid 10 dollars for this experience and Dunkin deliberately made it so I couldn’t reach out to customer service. This is the unethical facebook model of business. If you need it, it is there. Don’t make it your regular place because their is no way to get any customer service support and they go between okay to really terrible with no middle ground. I am so annoyed that I was so kind to this person and in return was treated so poorly particularly since I rarely treat myself during the workday.

Paying attention to detail is a foreign concept here.
I ordered a $5 meal deal which was an ice coffee w/ two bacon, egg, & cheese snack wraps, I also ordered a side of hash browns.
My ice coffee was overly sweetened and my hash browns are ice cold.
My coffee was ready in about 3 min of ordering, but the food took an additional 12 minutes.
Not the first issue I’ve had with this location, so wanted to share as paying attention to details is none existent.

the lady working 9-16-2025 at 8am needs to get fired immediately i’ve never seen someone so mad at life in front of every single customer on top of that i order a simple crossaint and cheese and hash browns and it didn’t come out after 20 minutes- the staff here cleared everyone’s order before mine and still wasn’t ready after 20 mins it’s a crossaint and cheese a 5 year old can make this – horrible attitudes they had working here when there is a dunkin’ donuts sign that says we believe in not having a fuss LOL worst experience of my life i had to walk out no refund just inconvenience
