The worst experience. I’m traveling passing through and come in for a coffee. Well to my surprised everyone was forced to have to ring up their own orders. On the touch screen they didn’t even offer caramel as my sweetened flavor so I then asked if he could just ring me up to which I was told no I don’t have my drawer. As I’m writing this another lady was trying to ask for help and not even getting helped until I voiced that I was writing this bad review.
This location needs some serious help with their service.
Oh and I had to use the men’s bathroom bc the women’s is out.

Went thru the drive thru around 940am or so today to get my order and ask for sweet black pepper bacon but idk that it came as a side of bacon- so I asked for the sandwich. I was parked and got my food – as I’m eating I find parchment paper in my food. I immediately turn around and go back. I ask for a supervisor bc I found paper in my sandwich -the young man says that they aren’t here. So, a lady named Helene comes up and says she isn’t here she counted money and left she literally worked 7 days. I said how are you running a shift without a supervisor?! Helene says because we know how to open the store.
So a few patrons heard that I had paper in my sandwich one guy left and Helene says he doesn’t even get food he gets a coffee it’s not like she found a roach in her food. So she gets confirmation to refund me the money from the manager that was on the phone
As I’m getting my refund Helene says well it was an honest mistake I watched them make the sandwich.
I hope this location hires more employees and management because a shift without a supervisor is unheard of.
I wish I could send video of the piece of paper folded into my food smh
I get it we make mistakes but when it comes to folks food it’s nice if someone goes the extra mile to make sure it’s made correctly I

Terrible drive through staff. Have gone through there 3 times in the last 6 months, haven’t gotten my order right once. This morning (8/19), ~8:05 went through the drive through. Ordered a large iced mocha, normal cream and sugar, hash browns and a Boston cream. Got an iced coffee only marked for 4 cream and 4 sugar, so I guess we didn’t feel like doing the mocha today, plus didn’t get any hash browns despite being charged. In addition drive through staff was rude, told me to pull forward without confirming anything on the order, then when I was checking the bag was commenting “that’s all of it ain’t it” then motioning for me to move before I realized the hash browns weren’t there. Only thing they got right was the boston cream. Going to just get my coffee at wawa across the street or hit the dunkin closer to my house. Staff at this store are terrible.

Horrible service, they take 1 order at a time. Today, I placed a mobile order and was told when I got there that the frozen machine was broken (i guess ice grinder since it is coffee mixed with chopped ice). Upon asking for a refund, I was told Id have to come back 2 days later to speak to a manager. Incompetence at its worst, I wont be using this location again.

Server was super rude when taking our order then I received the worst drink I’ve ever tasted. How do you mess something up that comes predone? It wasn’t even busy for them to mess up, there were only 2 people there. My drink was just about all coconut milk and no strawberry.

Customer service insufferable, did not accept cash or card and you could not order up front only on the single kiosk in the store leaving a gigantic line. Employees yelling and scolding customers.

This lady who serves as the driver, that way of speaking to the customer is so heavy, her face seems to be always angry. Also, one wants a coffee with cream, not cream with coffee, iced when I ask for it very hot please. If that lady works with customers, she has to change the way she treats customers.

This location is the worst when it comes to being accurate in order there is always something missing in your order you order 3 item you can bet 1 will be missing . Worst they keep make you park on the side of when you order in drive thru Dunkin’ should should have mandatory training from
Starbucks employees who are much busier still never make mistake ..
