The drinks here are great, whenever I’m in town I always stop and grab something. The prices are pretty good too and everyone working there is always really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend giving it a try. It’s right next to Applebee’s and close to Barnes and Noble.

Always amazing. They are great with modifications. Everything is always very delicious and accurate. So many options to choose from. Our go-to is the Bubbles 07 crepe and the Chicken crepe with no sauce. Followed with a pomegranate black tea with mango popping boba and a lychee green tea with strawberry hearts. So good ❤

I’ve been coming here for a little while because the bubble tea is genuinely amazing it’s has a bunch of flavorful options and consistent. But the AC situation? It’s a nightmare. It’s October and still feels like a sauna inside I’m sweating through my clothes just waiting for my order. What happens in winter…are we going to be freezing instead? It’s a cute spot with great drinks, but the lack of care for the comfort of customers is a dealbreaker. I want to keep coming back, but not at the cost of a heat stroke.

The food there is good. It’s well made from what I’ve had tasted the only problem I have is the customer service and I’ve seen other people complaining about this problem two girls specifically they were rude just because we wanted to order something else apart from the other order we placed one girl kept hurrying us up even when she knew we were trying to look for a specific flavor of bubble tea she is very impatient and the other girl was also very rude slamming things just because we had a “big order” if you don’t want to work there and handle peoples orders then quit the job don’t be getting mad at the customers for just getting what they want ♀️

The boba tea is super delicious, and most of everything that’s made there is home made.
The location itself can use a facelift, upon entering you can see boxes, and a shabby table with stuffed animals displayed.

Great bubble tea shop with crepes; there are better ones if you travel 45+ min but this place is the best in the area and glad a good one FINALLY opened up! Hope it’s around to stay!!
I recc the thai tea with tapioca topping, if it’s your first bubble tea experience! On some of the other drinks you can customize about how much sugar you want.
The map on Google is a little off, it takes you to the homegoods/applebees side but you’ll need to walk through the boardwalk or could just park on the ikko side.
The tapioca could use some work, they seemed overcooked and broken up, a little too soft compared to the usual but the taste was on point.
Overall good prices, friendly staff, can’t complain!

the staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I asked the girl how she was and she just looked at me and asked what i wanted to order?? If youre going to work somewhere serving the public MAYBE you should learn how customer service works. just a thought tho

This bubble tea spot is alright. They don’t use traditional Adam black tea, so it tastes more akin to Taiwanese breakfast shop tea than true bubble milk tea (which is a bonus point for anyone missing Taiwanese tea). Id recommend the tapioca bubbles be soaked in brown sugar a bit longer to make them ideal. If they had a brown sugar or caramel flavor option they’d get really close go traditional bubble tea. They have a lot of unique and fun flavors otherwise that are probably quite good, but I like a traditional bubble milk tea myself.

The crepe was very pretty. We ordered their seasonal pumpkin special crepe and it came a pumpkin ice cream inside; TASTY AF ! The thai tea was also very good. All thai tea ain’t the same and this was a good one! No seating, they do have a makeshift walk-up window due to covid and that made it a little harder to hear them since they do their orders through an intercom on the wall. On a nice/hot day it is a great spot. Check it before the winter checks you!
