I asked for the cake like the inspo(just without the chocolate drizzle) I’m so sad to be writing this because this has always been one of my favorite bakeries, but I had a really disappointing experience with my recent order. I showed the inspiration picture when I placed my order and paid $70, expecting the cake to look similar. Unfortunately, the cake I received looked nothing like the inspo photo. For the price, I truly expected more attention to detail and closer resemblance to what I requested.
It’s really upsetting because I trusted this bakery and was excited for something special, but instead I was left feeling let down. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers don’t have the same experience.

zero stars if i could! looks nothing like the referenced picture at all, if they couldn’t of replicate it they should’ve said so to begin with! and the cake tasted horrible! they added so much food coloring that it STAINS and its non edible. i should’ve just made it myself but i really wanted to give them a try. worse experience ever. don’t waste your money on their cakes.

The best Kolaches ever and pastries, but if you going to order a cake for a big event PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! They charge you expensive to give you a crappy job nothing like the picture you gave them.
My husband went to go pick up the cake at the according time for our first baby shower which the theme was about airplane, the cake look like they did not put no effort decorating the printed airplane was upside down, they didn’t try to cover the cake until my husband told them to do it, (their customer service on handling the big event cakes sucks big time).

I drove almost an hour to get some bread because the times on here says they close at 9:30p and when I got here at 8:07p they told me they were closed, granted, the sign says they’d be closing at 8:00p but who would’ve known that, if im getting bread it’s because I haven’t been to the place in a while

Very unpleased with this bakery, when it first came into the neighborhood it was great. Now with bread running out at peak rush hour, having to wait 30 mins for bolillos, and the wait to check out was 10 mins. I was paying cash and the bakers were willing to take it out of their tip jar to give us change. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, the manager had a bad attitude and definitely needs customer service skills. Please improve your management, I do not want to see this bakery go away with Estrella Roja / La Hacienda Bakery down the street. (FYI they’re better, just came to this one due to it being closer.)
