We are from out of state, North Carolina, and we make sure to stop here everytime we are in the area visiting family. The pierogi pizza is worth the 10 hour drive! YUM!

Terrible service. Called and tried go place an order by phone and was hung up on after I was asked to wait on hold for 5 minutes. So I placed an order online and it stated it would be an hour for the delivery. I was okay with that as it’s super bowl Sunday. An hour and half passes with no communication. So I called and the girl on the line was very rude to me. I simply stated they should update their online system and I was met with “ma’am I’m not going to sit on the phone with you and argue we are busy!” like can you be any more rude to someone who just spent $55.00 with your place of business!? I will never order from this place ever again!
**Edit** I had gotten a phone call back from a different person who works here and she advised me that they would be refunding me and still deliver my food, she apologized to me for how rude the worker was to me on the phone and stated she was let go as she had been rude to multiple other customers. I really appreciate someone calling me and trying to make it better, as I do buy here often. Please just be careful who you hire in the future.
I will be keeping this at a 1 star review though because I shouldn’t have been talked to the way I was in the beginning.

Have heard about their chicken crust pizza for a long time and finally got a chance to try it. I got the Steak Rancher pizza (yeah I know, if I didn’t want many carbs, why did I get one with French fries on it…I caved because it sounded so good!). The garlic butter base was amazing and the crust was a meal in itself. So good, perfectly cooked and so filling! Thanks so much for making this crust! Crazy good!

Today makes the second time my family (which consists of my husband and I and our 4 daughters ranging from 2-10) and I have come all the way from Morgantown JUST to eat here. I decided to try it a second time before I left a review and I absolutely 10/10 recommend this location! The first time I came they were super busy, they still made us a priority. Even though it’s a pizza joint they have a wide range of different foods available. Some foods that I have never seen before, all delicious! Food is the best around in our opinion & we absolutely love the ice cream! They have a really good selection of different kinds of amazing ice cream and a really nice space to sit outside if that is your preference! Will continue coming to this location and telling everyone I know!

The pizza place that O.A.K. bought out (Michael Maria’s) was a long time favorite. During the start of the change over I was not impressed and honestly disappointed with the food. HOWEVER, once they officially changed the name to OAK and reconfigured the menu we tried them again and we became a fan. They have a nice selection of food and we are slowly working our way thru it. So far our absolute favs are the Stromboli, Chicken Salad, and the Double Decker Pizza.

They gave me a pizza with hair on it & I don’t want a “free pizza” so they can mess it up again . When I said I want my money refund . They said I had to dig in the trash and make sure the pizza was half eaten & then return it to them so they can “throw it away” then they would give me a refund… The staff is rude . I called to tried to address the situation. And a 14 year old took the phone off the lady who I was originally talking to . Yelling at me and telling me if I had a problem so bad then come down to the restaurant myself . And my husband had took the phone and settled their situation. I am so upset over this ordeal . I threw up and was so disgusted . I was literally crying because I ate someone’s hair & instead of showing empathy towards me and my emotions . Oh and the manager of the staff when I called them today they said I was being “loud and ghetto” to my husband so I see that they are discriminating me also The staff tried to make it seem like I was being overdramatic over a “13” dollar pizza .thats what they said in their words . But to me it was bigger than that.

After leaving a 5 star review a few years ago after my last 2 experience. I won’t be going back. We walk there every Friday for pizza and other food. Last week the kids that were hanging out there tried to steal my sons scooter. Now today while waiting for food the same group of kids came and it was a whole ordeal between the kids and 1 of there family members that showed up as well for a door dash. Trying to fight. I’m not fighting no women so I walked home figured I’ll go back. In the process lady trys to hit me with her car. Which you can tell she hit something before.anyways I go back the kids are still there just setting inside. Thank God my food was done. Last time I’ll step foot into that place without change. I thought it was a restaurant not a hang out for bad ass kids.
