I’ve ordered from here a few times before and always had great experiences—especially the last time, the burritos were packed with meat and everything tasted amazing. But today was a completely different story. There were barely any chips, guacamole, or salsa in our order, and the food just didn’t taste good at all compared to before.
What made it worse was when we called after getting home and noticing everything wrong, they didn’t seem too interested in making it right. On top of that, we specifically ordered and paid for extra mild salsa, but were given hot as hell salsa instead. Not sure if they have a new cook, owner, or manager, but if that’s the case, they might want to seriously rethink what’s going on back there.

We ordered the Birria plate. It was excellent. I am from San Diego. This marvels the best California has to offer. The salsa bar is great. The flavors are Superb. Klien restaurant friendly service. This is the type of place you’ll return many times. Additional parking in the back.

First time, we ordered pick up. Things were very good. I got half nachos, it was still plenty of food. Husband got a chimichanga. He liked it. The sack of chips,with salsa was great.
We don’t usually go to Mexican restaurants because we are not sure of what things are and how hot they might be. (We are clueless)

Best Verda Burrito ever!! I took my eight year old daughter for dinner. Most Mexican restaurants don’t have a good kids menu , I was pleasantly surprised that this restaurant has a great selection for kids. We had a wonderful experience.

After I tried calling ahead multiple times to put in my order, and it ringing for longer than a sloth running through glue. I had to order at the location and wait. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Burrito, mind you, this is something my wife and I get regularly, share and get more than full from. I picked up what is usually a football of a burrito, to come home to a flat “casadilla” that looked like Napoleon Dynamite made it. I gave it to my 5 year old son after he had already eaten his food and he was able to still eat it.

I ordered a chimichanga. Going down tasted really good. Coming back up not so much. I puked 7 times that night. Not to mention it felt like I was peeing out of the wrong hole. Never EVER go here unless you want a quick weight loss hack.

Tooele isn’t the best place to eat. All the Mexican restaurants serve average food, lacking presentation and flavor so I’ll limit myself to tacos when visiting any establishment. The carnitas burrito meat was dry and had no flavor.

Was passing by tooele and after checking out the pictures from other patrons I had to try it for myself. I was there at 10am so I went for the chorizo breakfast burrito smothered in cheese and chili verde. Man it was delicious. The food was extremely hot , flavorful , and the portion was fantastic for the price. My only regret was not being able to try more things on their menu as I was FULL. The salsa they bring to the table is fresh and light and the guacamole was a great add to the burrito. Will be coming back here for lunch or dinner the next time I’m passing through.

The space is pretty basic, like a cafeteria. But who cares, you’re there for the food not the decor.
The staff was pleasant and attentive and everyone seemed to love their jobs, and the means a lot.
They’re doing a fine job and I suspect they’ll find success with this Mexican food in Tooele!
