Walked past this new location heading to the local favorite Mexican joint. But it happened to be overflowing with people. So we decided to come back to the “taco truck.“ However, the service and food quality were far superior to taco truck food. In fact, I don’t think I’ve had better service anywhere. Come on over and give them a try. Let’s keep them around! My girlfriend was especially pleased to find the healthy food options. For example, they cook in tallow instead of seed oils. Definitely worth a visit!

Oh.My.Hell!!! I have one word for you. MULITA! I got a Mulita with medium rare ribeye and everything on it and was blown away by how delicious it was! They also give you a jalapeño with it that is cut in half and seasoned with salt and angel dust or something but that was the tastiest, most well seasoned jalapeño I’ve ever eaten. I also got two tacos. One asado and another al pastor both phenomenal. The owner is super friendly and explained the menu very well. You can tell he takes pride in his craft as he should because the food is fantastic!
I lived in Mexico for some time and fell in love with the culture and the food but have found that many Mexican restaurants fall short of authentic tastes. Prime Asadero nailed it tonight. I will be back for sure!
