Placed a mobile order. The guy in the cash window was extremely kind but the people that hand out the food made it seem like I was an inconvenience. I had to correct them about me ordering a medium smoothie and not a small. I got home and the food was correct but the modifications were not. I ordered a Daily Double with no onions, no tomatoes, and extra mayo. Instead I got extra tomatoes and onions and very light mayo. Fries were fresh which I highly enjoyed. Please do better.

Wood over the entrance door. Their food always comes out sub-par, and frankly you’re better sticking to an actual franchise location than this mess. Now they cannot even answer the drive thru and have the worst of attitudes when they do. This place should be razed like the Bojangles down the street.

I never thought I’d be leaving a bad review for this place but here it is: I eat here a couple of mornings each week before work no problem. Today, I was served undercooked chicken!! Im a chef/cook if there’s 1 thing you don’t want to undercook it’s chicken! I don’t know if they didn’t use the probe to temp this time or what but I didn’t even have to see it to see that it was not cooked all the way through! I went to take a bite and it was tough n rubbery and instantly knew. I understand the girl working during the week is young but should be very careful of stuff like this, we’re talking about people’s lives at stake here.

I normally order the Steak, Egg and cheese McMuffin in the morning. 6 out of the last 6 times they have put the folded egg on it when it’s supposed to get the round egg. And this morning ppl in the store are being basically ignored. I get drive thru requires a lot of attention. However, as I’m writing this the lobby in front of the registers is so full it’s ridiculous. I also just witnessed an employee wearing the red collared shirt, just completely dismissed an elderly man trying to get syrup for his order. They are understaffed and the ones here aren’t able to keep a professional manner about them under the typical pressure the fast food industry has.

There was a lady with a tie-dye hat, complaining to every customer that there was way too many people for the day after Christmas to be in there. I also observed her, wipe her mouth multiple times without washing her hands afterwards. And then complain to me that she was looking for me outside, but I had updated it on the app that it was going to be a counter pick up. I explain this to her and she still complained about it. When I proceeded to walk away, I heard her complain about customers and coworkers.

Management here is strong! Janet (manager) and another supervisor (wish I could remember her name) are highly interpersonal and professional.

I swore McDonald’s off years ago, however this location has me visiting almost daily and it’s because of the people that work here. I feel seen and cared for rather than just an order number in some cold revenue producing system. Occasionally, a worker will briefly pass by my table when I dine in and ask “is everything okay?”

This makes all the difference.

Placed a mobile order and arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes prior to closing…doors locked, no one answered drive thru, wouldn’t even answer the phone. Literally sat in the parking lot for 5 minutes. Leave and get a notification that my order is ready so I turn around for the drive thru speaker to tell me that the restaurant is closed. Definitely will be reaching out to the franchise owner about this bs. Literally stole my money.

I came through the drive-through this morning to get a nice breakfast for my family, I ordered about 16 dollars worth of food. Service was quick but the woman at the window felt the need to try and make me feel guilty about my order, due to them being understaffed. I thought this was extremely immature and unprofessional as there was not anyone else in line or in the parking lot. As someone who works in much busier fine dining environments, in a prime tourist location, the Rocky Mountains. I felt there is no excuse for this kind of behavior.

*Overly* combative staff, hard as a rock breakfast sandwich, and coffee that barely tastes like anything (and the things it does taste like are bad). I’d say skill issue, but this is par for the course with mcdonalds. avoid this place like the plague

The lady working the drive thru is a Caucasian woman. She answers the drive thru in very stereotypically racist accents. When I drove through she spoke in an Asian accent and the car behind me received a Jamaican accent. She thought is was very funny but it’s incredibly racist and needs to be addressed. I am calling the corporate office. I did not expect this from Asheville.
